Levei o carro para um diagnóstico de garantia, onde o veículo nitidamente apresenta um defeito na direção, encontrando-se rígida e com ruído. A concessionária alega que o “defeito apresentado” está normal. Antes mesmo da avaliação técnica, o funcionário já foi dizendo: isto é assim mesmo!!!! Agora eu pergunto: como que uma direção elétrica, ruidosa e pesada, está normal!?!? Só na visão de quem não está com o intuito de resolver o problema do consumidor. Decepcionada com a desassistência da Toyolex aeroporto.
Horrible experience. Rude and unprepared staff. Zero after-sales assistance. I took the car in for a warranty diagnosis, where the vehicle clearly has a defect in the steering, finding it stiff and noisy. The dealership claims that the “defect presented” is normal. Even before the technical evaluation, the employee was already saying: this is how it is!!!! Now I ask: how is an electric steering, noisy and heavy, normal!?!? Only in the eyes of those who are not intending to solve the consumer's problem. Disappointed with the lack of assistance from Toyolex airport.
