★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un sendero bastante duro, se puede hacer en dos horas con experiencia en senderismo. Lo hice desde Araçativa hasta Proveitá y de ahí a Aventureiro. Total ida y vuelta 8hs y 1/2. No apto para principiantes. Recomiendo no hacer más de un tramo por día y no hacerlo con lluvia o después de lluvias.
It is a fairly hard path, it can be done in two hours with hiking experience. I did it from Araçativa to Proveitá and from there to Aventureiro. Total round trip 8hs and 1/2. Not suitable for beginners. I recommend not doing more than one section per day and not doing it with rain or after rains.

A trilha em si não tem muitas paisagens ou pontos panorâmicos, exceto o mirante da Praia do Provetá logo no início da trilha, no entanto, ela te conduz a uma das mais belas praias da Ilha Grande, o Aventureiro!
The trail is not long, it is only 3,300 meters, however, there is a strong climb at the beginning, with a difference of approximately 350 meters. The trail itself does not have many landscapes or panoramic points, except the Praia do Provetá viewpoint at the beginning of the trail, however, it takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches on Ilha Grande, the Adventurer!
