★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CONTRATEI O SERVIÇO PARA A EMPRESA QUE TRABALHO NO COMEÇO FUNCIONOU MUITO BEM, ATE A EMPRESA INFORMAR UMA FALHA NOS EQUIPAMENTOS, OS VEICULOS FICARAM QUASE 1 MES SEM RASTREAMENTO, E POR FIM QUANDO CORRIGIRAM O PROBLEMA FOI APENAS EM DOIS VEICULOS, TENTO CONTATO ELES ME ATENDEM DÃO PRAZO PARA CORREÇÃO E NÃO CUMPREM. NÃO FAZER 1 LIGAÇÃO PARA O CLIENTE PARA INFORMAR O PORQUE DOS PROBLEMAS O CLIENTE FICA CORRENDO ATRAS DA EMPRESA E NADA É RESOLVIDO AINDA TENHO 2 VEICULOS SEM ACOMPANHAMENTO.
I HIRED THE SERVICE FOR THE COMPANY THAT WORKING AT THE BEGAN WORKED VERY WELL, UNTIL THE COMPANY INFORMED A FAILURE IN THE EQUIPMENT, THE VEHICLES WERE ALMOST 1 MONTH WITHOUT TRACKING, AND FINALLY WHEN THE PROBLEM WAS ONLY TWO ME. GIVE CORRECTION DEADLINE AND DO NOT COMPLY. DO NOT MAKE 1 CUSTOMER CONNECTION TO INFORM WHY THE PROBLEMS CUSTOMER IS RUNNING BEHIND THE COMPANY AND NOTHING IS SOLVED I HAVE 2 VEHICLES WITHOUT MONITORING.
