★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira mochila eu comprei em 1999 e ainda a tenho em boas condições.Usei 4 x no Caminho de Santiago de Compostela.Somente uma vez enviei para Trilhas e Rumos para arrumar o feicho.Hoje ela está aposentada e guardada.Ela tinha armação de alumínio.Hoje as mochilas estão mais modernas.Comprei junto uma PARKA que ainda uso.Esta como nova.
TRILHAS E RUMOS , material eterno.

My first backpack I bought in 1999 and I still have it in good condition. I used 4x on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela. Only once I sent to Trails and Rumos to arrange the feicho.Today it is retired and guarded. It had aluminum frame . Today the backpacks are more modern. I bought together a PARKA that I still use.This is like new.
TRACKS AND ROADS, eternal material.

Tenho uns 3 produtos da marca. Após um ano de uso tive problemas na costura de uma mochila, entrei em contato com a empresa que me enviou autorização de envio pelos correios e resolveu o problema, em 15 já estava com minha mochila de volta com reparo realizado e em perfeitas condições de uso.
Estou muito satisfeito com o atendimento prestado.

Na qual na primeira lavagem, que por sinal a mão, o mesmo apresentou defeito, descascou a parte interna.
Não foi realizado a troca, empresa despreza totalmente o cliente, e não foi dado nenhum tipo de suporte quanto ao produto.
