Estamos preparados para recebê-los com toda a segurança e carinho; desenvolvemos um protocolo com normas para funcionamento seguro do trem, atendendo as orientações da OMS, ANVISA, ANTT e Prefeitura de Guararema, o qual já foi aprovado pelas autoridades competentes.
Toda a equipe está trabalhando com máscaras, com higienização das mãos com álcool em gel bem como todos tem suas temperaturas corporais aferidas duas vezes ao dia. Todos os carros são rigorosamente higienizados antes de cada passeio.
O visitante ao chegar na estação, também deve higienizar as mãos com álcool em gel, além de manter o distanciamento dos demais visitantes e de nossos colaboradores; o uso da máscara é obrigatório durante todo o período de permanência nas estações e no trem.

- the experience of traveling in an old steam powered train
- the journey among hills and the country side is fascinating
- some people played music on the way back by train, local music
What could be improved
- it was not clear that the 2 hours or so trip included a stop and break at Luis Carlos train station; with the stop, the journey by train is much shorter than initially thought
