★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca pensei que ter aulas de CFC seria tão proveitoso que nem foi nessa escola! Professora Luciene super animada! Único porém é o mau humor de alguns da secretaria.
 I never thought that taking CFC classes would be so profitable that it wasn't even at this school! Professor Luciene super excited! Only one is the bad mood of some of the secretary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha única experiência foi ligando para saber sobre o curso de reciclagem e o atendimento foi péssimo, sem interesse. Foi o lugar mais barato que cotei, mas preferi fazer em outro lugar porque se de início o atendimento foi assim imagina depois...
My only experience was calling to find out about the recycling course and the service was terrible, without interest. It was the cheapest place I quoted, but I preferred to do it elsewhere because if the service was initially like that, imagine it later ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professor Paulo extremamente competente, carismatico e brincalhao, suas aulas pecaram apenas em expor demais sua visao sobre politica. O atendimento da recepcao peca, mulheres extremamente mal preparadas e mal educadas agem como se estivessem fazendo um favor a voce. Remarcaram uma de minhas aulas de simulador e simplesmente me passaram a data errada, quando questionei alegaram que eu havia faltado e por isso teria que realizar novo pagamento em 100% do valor devido a metade das aulas perdidas.
Professor Paulo extremely competent, charismatic and playful, his classes only sinned in overexposing his views on politics. The front desk attendants ask, extremely poorly prepared and rude women act as if they are doing you a favor. They rescheduled one of my simulator classes and simply passed me the wrong date, when I questioned they claimed that I had been absent and therefore I would have to make a new payment at 100% of the amount due to half of the missed classes.

As aulas teóricas cumprem o seu dever e a professora é boa e te trata com respeito. Porém, o pessoal da recepção e o responsável pelo simulador são péssimos funcionários, nunca vi pior, parecem que estão fazendo um favor à você além de serem grossos e rudes. O incompetente que fica na sala do simulador, por exemplo, não estava na sala no horário marcado, depois ele aparece dizendo que eu cheguei atrasado e que teria que pagar outra aula, sem contar na falta de educação do sujeito.
Não recomendo em hipótese alguma. Se você estiver procurando um CFC, eu recomendo passar bem longe desse ai.
Lousy, crap.
Theoretical classes do their duty and the teacher is good and treats you with respect. However, the front desk staff and the person in charge of the simulator are terrible staff, I've never seen worse, they seem to be doing you a favor besides being thick and rude. The incompetent in the simulator room, for example, was not in the room at the scheduled time, then he appears saying that I arrived late and that I would have to pay another class, not to mention the lack of education of the subject.
I do not recommend it at all. If you are looking for a CFC, I recommend passing well away from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo CFC, o pessoal do atendimento no Whatsapp são super simpáticos e solícitos, respondem imediatamente suas dúvidas. Em relação aos instrutores só tenho a agradecer, achei que seriam 12 dias de aulas chatas e entediantes, mas a Prof Lucilene os tornou dias divertidos e de grande aprendizado. Super recomendo!!
Great CFC, the Whatsapp service staff are super friendly and helpful, they answer your questions immediately. As for the instructors, I just have to thank you, I thought it would be 12 days of boring and boring classes, but Prof Lucilene made them fun and great learning days. I highly recommend!!
