★ ★ ★ ★ ★ empresa ordinária, podre nojenta com ônibus puro lixo e motoristas mal educados que odeiam trabalhara na empresa e tratam os usuários com truculência se estão insatisfeitos com seus trabalhos é fácil é só pedir para sair ao contrario dos usuários que são obrigados a andar nessas latas velhas dirigida por jumentos, não todos.
 Ordinary, disgusting rotten company with pure garbage buses and rude drivers who hate working in the company and treat users with truculence if they are dissatisfied with their work it's easy just ask to leave unlike the users who are forced to walk in these old driven cans by donkeys, not all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vocês precisa fazer um curso de relações humana com os funcionários dessa empresa ,muitos deles são altamente despreparados pra lidar com o publico, os motoristas idosos não tem paciência arranca o ônibus com o povo ainda descendo podendo causar um grande acidente, esses motoristas idosos devia sair do horario de pik, NÃO TERM PACIENCIA É COMO ELES TIVESSEM FAZENDO FAVOR PRO PASSAGEIRO. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ moro no res.orgulho do Piauí, e venho comunicar que hoje minha esposa foi destratada pelo cobrador da linha Eduardo costa-vila irmã Dulce- barão de burgueia as 13:05 hs, eu não estava presente, pois se estivesse isso não aconteceria, o fato ocorreu pois minha esposa junto com meus filhos sendo dois com menos de 5 anos iria pagar a passagem e rodar a catraca descendo e entrando por traz e o mesmo não gostou e a agrediu verbalmente a expondo ao ridículo, mandando o motorista fechar a porta dianteira e obrigando meus dois filhos de menor a passarem pela catraca por baixo, na qual era muito baixa, como se ele fosse o próprio dono da empresa e se mostrando completamente incapaz de lidar com pessoas, ora penso eu que se você tem problemas, os deixe em casa e não os leve ao ambiente de trabalho, já contactei a empresa, e a mesma ficou de tomar providencias quanto ao ocorrido. e aqui fica descrito minha indignação contra esta total falta de educação do cobrador da empresa transcol...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O rodoviária circular 1 não faz percurso completo. Quem espera em alguns pontos não estão pegando porque dentro do ônibus o motorista pergunta aos passageiros se terá alguém para aquele destino e se não tiver não vai. Não só o 723 mas o 327 e outras linhas estão com essa modinha.

Gostaria de relatar uma denuncia contra o ônibus Terminal Bela Vista/Shopping número 04473, para ser anunciada na página, o motorista não está parando na parada do CEV deixando os passageiros no sol durante a manhã. Ele para na esquina, abre apenas para quem vai descer e não para na parada em si para os passageiros subirem. Não é a primeira vez, absurdo! Temos que ficar esperando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por meio desta mensagem, denunciar a má conduta do motorista do ônibus A632, que atua no horário de 22:20 (05/04/2018) no terminal Itararé. Este motorista se recusou a parar o ônibus no local solicitado, sendo que o horário já passava de 22:40 da noite e estava chovendo forte, consequentemente as ruas estavam desertas e as solicitantes eram duas mulheres desacompanhadas que iriam descer em dois pontos diferentes. Demostrando claro falta de respeito perante aos passageiros e ao próprio colega de trabalho que requisitou que o mesmo parasse nos locais solicitados.
Espero que providencias possam ser tomadas, porque a vida de uma pessoa ou mais pessoas podem estar em perigo devido a falta de respeito e de sensibilidade deste motorista.

This driver refused to stop the bus at the requested location, since the time was past 10:40 pm and it was raining heavily, consequently the streets were deserted and the applicants were two unaccompanied women who were going to get off at two different points.
