★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acesso fácil, entrada na empresa sem problema algum, o único problema na minha opinião é não dar um feedback para o candidato que faz o processo seletivo. As pessoas ficam esperando e se não ligar na empresa e perguntar eles também não ligam. Sei que isso hoje em dia é bastante "normal", mas todas as empresas que abrem processo seletivo deveria ter a noção que ficamos na espera e expectativa. Isso é questão de respeito para com quem se prontifica a ir e acaba gastando dinheiro para tentar fazer parte de uma empresa.
Easy access, entering the company without any problem, the only problem in my opinion is not giving feedback to the candidate who makes the selection process. People are waiting and if you don't call the company and ask, they won't call either. I know that nowadays it is quite "normal", but all companies that open a selection process should have the notion that we are waiting and expecting. This is a matter of respect for those who are willing to go and end up spending money to try to be part of a company.
