★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De longe a empresa mais desumanisada que eu conheço, e com certeza não é a que tem o melhor preço das rotas São Paulo - Fortaleza! Conseguiram transformar uma divida de R$70,00 em R$500,00 por causa de 3 dias. Eles colocaram a divida no cartório mesmo eu pedindo pra adiar por 5 dias porque eu estava internado com 80% dos pulmões comprometidos. Simplesmente ignoraram, disseram que era automático. Eu fui cliente por 20 anos, com tudo sempre em dia, e foi assim que eles trataram a minha empresa! Uma falta de consideração!! E quando eu pedi para agilizarem o processo para eu limpar o meu nome, disseram que não estavam conseguindo justamente por causa da PANDEMIA!!
Desejo em dobro a vocês e a empresa tudo o que vocês fizeram comigo e com minha empresa! Espero nunca mais ter que usar seus serviços!!
By far the most dehumanized company I know, and certainly not the one with the best price on the São Paulo - Fortaleza routes! They managed to transform a debt of R $ 70.00 in R $ 500.00 because of 3 days. They put the debt in the registry even though I asked to postpone it for 5 days because I was hospitalized with 80% of the lungs compromised. They just ignored it, said it was automatic. I was a customer for 20 years, with everything always up to date, and that's how they treated my company! A lack of consideration !! And when I asked them to speed up the process for me to clear my name, they said they weren't succeeding just because of PANDEMIA !!
I wish you and the company twice everything you did with me and my company! I hope I never have to use your services again !!
