Eu sugiro que análise uma forma mais prática para seus clientes não ficar tanto tempo em espera em uma ligação para uma simples orçamento.
Unfortunately agent calls the lab waits more than 5 minutes to be answered and agent can not get the information because there is no attendant available ? service grade 0.
I suggest reviewing a more practical way for your clients not to wait so long on a call for a simple budget.
