★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se precisarem de um serviço 24hrs (emergência) é melhor nem contar. O rapaz diz não saber trabalhar sob pressão e mandou eu arranjar outro meio de transporte mesmo depois de ter dito que iria buscá-lo.Eu tenho muita paciência mas por R$ 100 (cem reais,uma vez que ele pegaria em São Gonçalo - ao lado do fórum de Santa Catarina,na rua principal de um lugar que não é área de risco) o transporte de um animal,explicando que é uma emergência e que o animal está vomitando sangue e precisando de um transporte urgente,alguém cobrar calma e paciência é inviável.Eu realmente espero que o serviço melhore porque é uma excelente ideia. Lamentável,eu gostaria de dar 5 estrelas.

Achei o serviço na Internet e resolvi ligar, mas já preparado para ouvir uma negativa ou que teria de marcar com antecedência. Para minha surpresa me atendeu de pronto. Muito atencioso, fez questão de interagir e se ambientar com o Pet antes para que ele viajasse com mais conforto. Já anotei o contato para usar futuramente em qualquer necessidade. Só a agradecer.

Confio tanto que deixo ele passear sozinho com ela enquanto me arrumo, já me acompanhou na praia e segurava ela enquanto eu mergulhava, e ela não pode ver o carro que já pula toda feliz para dentro.
