Deveria ter recebido minha mercadoria no dia 13/12 e até hj (26/12) não recebi.
Tive divergência nas informações desde o início, quando ligo dizem uma coisa, no whatsapp dizem outra!
Me garatiram já duas datas de entrega e até hj nada!.
 Simply disregard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, não respeitam o prazo, não atendem o telefone na base, estou a uma semana esperando para entregar uma mercadoria de 3 dias, para uma empreendedora tempo é dinheiro. Sendo assim estão me prejudicando. Pois estou com mercadoria atrasadas para entregar os meus clientes e não consigo vender pois estou aguardando a mercadoria é revoltante a falta de respeito.
Horrible, do not respect the deadline, do not answer the phone at the base, I'm waiting a week to deliver a 3 day merchandise for an entrepreneurial time is money. So they are hurting me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi boa, quanto mais cresce mais fica desorganizada. Tem um péssimo atendimento e trata os clientes muito mal, principalmente o funcionário Alan da filial São Pedro da Aldeia - Região dos Lagos. Não tem logística para atender a Região. Não cumprem o prazo que eles mesmos informam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estão a 1 semana com a mercadoria e não entregaram, desculpa que não acharam o endereço e depois que não tem rota separa para a região. Agora tenho que esperar mais um dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já é a segunda vez que uso o serviço desta transportadora. Eles não tem compromisso nenhu com seus clientes. A mercadoria fica parada no depósito por dias eles não fazem a entrega, ficam a cada hora dando uma desculpa diferente por não ter entregue a mercadoria. No meu caso que sou instalador de sistema solar fico tendo que me justificar com meus clientes, gerando um grande stress sem contar com prejuiso financeiro.
Não aconselho a ninguém o serviço desta empresa.

The goods are stopped in the warehouse for days they do not deliver, they are every hour giving a different excuse for not having delivered the goods. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Marcam o dia e não aparecem. Isto aconteceu duas vezes consecutivas, e quando questionada a empresa, a mesma informa que o cliente não estava em casa. Pior que isso é impossível! Se você quiser passar raiva é só contratar os seus serviços e você irá ficar muito satisfeito.
Terrible attendance. They mark the day and don't show up. This happened twice in a row, and when the company was questioned, it informed that the customer was not at home. Worse than that, it's impossible! If you want to get angry, just hire their services and you will be very satisfied.
