Não existe fila preferencial, má educação e pouca informação por parte dos atendentes.
Desrespeito total com o cliente!
Eu viajo todo mês de Botucatu para São Paulo e nunca fui tão desrespeitado dessa forma, pelos atendentes da vale do Tietê.
Poor service from the attendants, today on 12/29/19 at 11:50 at the Botucatu bus station.
There is no preferential line, poor education and little information from the attendants.
Total disrespect for the customer!
I travel every month from Botucatu to Sao Paulo and have never been so disrespected by the attendants of the Tietê Valley.
