I found the transport to be excellent cost-effective and with serious professionals, they got in touch before delivering the order so there would be no misunderstandings and it arrived before the deadline. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semanalmente faço encomendas de fora do estado, já transportei com diversas transportadoras e estou pra conhecer uma pior que essa Mann unidade de Maceió. Foi estresse do inicio ao fim, serviço sem profissionalismo nenhum, para ficar péssimo ainda tem que melhorar muito! Atendimento telefônico inexistente, tentei entrar em contato a semana inteira, sem resultados. Para completar o serviço LIXO, na hora de entregar minha encomenda tiveram a AUDÁCIA de retirar o caixote (cerca de 1,5 metros de altura X 1 metro de largura) que armazenava alguns produtos (sendo 1 das peças de plastico bem frágil, de valor alto, que chegou amassada/deformada) sem minha autorização simplesmente porque segundo eles não cabiam no caminhão de entrega. Nem se quer ligaram para perguntar... Onde já se viu isso? abrir sua mercadoria sem autorização e chegar pra entregar com as coisas soltas? A gente paga um serviço caro para receber um atendimento lixo desse? Um absurdo. Tenho certeza que já fizeram isso com outros clientes. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Weekly I place orders from outside the state, I have already transported with several carriers and I am about to know a worse one than this Mann unit in Maceió. It was stress from start to finish, service without any professionalism, to be lousy it still has to improve a lot! No telephone service, I tried to contact the whole week, with no results. To complete the LIXO service, at the time of delivering my order they had the AUDACITY to remove the crate (about 1.5 meters high X 1 meter wide) that stored some products (being 1 of the very fragile plastic pieces, of value tall, that arrived crumpled / deformed) without my authorization simply because, according to them, they didn't fit in the delivery truck. They didn't even call to ask ... Where has this been seen? open your merchandise without authorization and arrive to deliver with loose things? Do we pay an expensive service to receive such junk service? Absurd. I'm sure they've done this with other customers. I don't recommend it to anyone.
