★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentaram realizar a entrega no dia 15/12, eu não pude receber e agora simplesmente não realizam outra tentativa, a empresa que me vendeu não dá satisfação e fica um empurrando para o outro o problema, ao entrar em contato com o SAC da Pajuçara fui informado de que eles não realizam outra tentativa até que eles resolvam, são pneus pro meu carro, expliquei que preciso dos pneus, que já estão pagos obviamente, para minha viagem de natal mas simplesmente não entregam. Duas empresas que não tem qualquer consideração ou respeito pelo consumidor Pneustore e essa transportadora de fundo de quintal!
They tried to make the delivery on 12/15, I couldn't receive it and now they just don't make another attempt, the company that sold me is not satisfied and keeps pushing the problem to the other, when contacting the SAC of Pajuçara I went informed that they do not make another attempt until they resolve, they are tires for my car, I explained that I need the tires, which are obviously already paid for my Christmas trip but simply do not deliver. Two companies that have no consideration or respect for the consumer Pneustore and this backyard carrier!

Solicitei um coleta e entrega , tudo dentro do estado do Rio de janeiro , com uma nota abaixo de R$ 1.800,00 e Peso do volume em torno de 10 Kg . Por ser uma entrega em um Supermercados (cobrança de taxa de espera) , o valor do serviço foi acima de R$ 500,00 . ou seja por este valor eu faria a entrega de Taxi climatizado !!!!! Após receber o valor do serviço pela Pajuçara , fiz contato e informei que a entrega seria no setor de manutenção ou SAC do supermercado (sem necessidade de espera). Mesmo eu sendo um cliente antigo (ex agora) , informando os setores de entrega (dois dias antes da entrega) , a Empresa Pajuçara manteve a cobrança do frete de quase 30% do valor da nota !!!!
Good Morning ! This is Fernando Seródio from Tetra Engenharia Ambiental e Sanitário.
I requested a collection and delivery, all within the state of Rio de Janeiro, with a bill below R$ 1,800.00 and a volume weight around 10 Kg. As it was a delivery to a supermarket (waiting fee charged), the value of the service was above R$ 500.00. in other words, for this value I would deliver an air-conditioned Taxi !!!!! After receiving the value of the service by Pajuçara, I made contact and informed that the delivery would be in the maintenance sector or SAC of the supermarket (no need to wait). Even though I am an old customer (ex now), informing the delivery sectors (two days before delivery), Empresa Pajuçara maintained the freight charge of almost 30% of the invoice value !!!!
