★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A logística é muito ruim, tem muitos terceiros envolvidos, a encomenda fica vagando entre várias cidades e com isso demora muito até a entrega. Estou com uma encomenda postada há 22 dias em um município a 700km do destino (dentro de MG) e ainda hoje está na capital BH, há 450km do destino.
Em contato ontem me informaram que está em BH desde o dia 25 e que ainda deve ir para Campinas para depois seguir para Uberlândia, onde uma empresa terceira deve sair em rota para minha cidade.
The logistics are very bad, there are many third parties involved, the order is wandering between several cities and with that it takes a long time until delivery. I have an order posted 22 days ago in a municipality 700km from the destination (within MG) and even today it is in the capital BH, 450km from the destination.
In contact yesterday, I was informed that he has been in BH since the 25th and that he must still go to Campinas and then go to Uberlândia, where a third company must leave en route to my city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filial de Franca enrolada, está com minha carga há 3 dias, diz que saiu para entrega e nada. Liguei na manhã do dia 13/05 confirmei com a atendente os dados da entrega, a mesma me confirmou que estava na rua para ser entregue, ficamos no local o dia todo e nada da entrega chegar.
Ao final do dia fui consultar: "ESTABELECIMENTO FECHADO" muita falta de responsabilidade. Aqui tem guarita 24 horas. Na próxima vez não usarei mais essa transportadora, e faço questão de informar o ocorrido para todos que interesse.
3 DIAS com minha carga parada! Mentindo sobre o estabelecimento fechado.

Franca branch rolled up, it has been with my cargo for 3 days, says it left for delivery and nothing. I called in the morning of May 13th, I confirmed with the attendant the delivery details, it confirmed that I was on the street to be delivered, we stayed in the place all day and nothing of the delivery arrives.
At the end of the day I went to consult: "CLOSED ESTABLISHMENT" a lot of lack of responsibility. There is a 24-hour guardhouse here. Next time, I won't be using that carrier anymore, and I want to inform everyone of what happened.
3 DAYS with my cargo stopped! Lying about the closed establishment.
DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei o pedido 302652 através da AcheiPneus de quatro pneus com prazo de 4 dias úteis, data prevista de entrega para 13/07 e que não foi cumprido, entrei em contato com a transportadora local que informou que não conseguiu entregar no prazo devido a demandas internas, problemas operacionais, informaram que vão atrasar mais e existe talvez entreguem no dia 15/07, não é certo, é lamentável a falta organização e cumprimento de prazo, visto que já tinha agendamento de revisão do veículo e a troca dos pneus com dois dias de margem, infelizmente fui penalizado por uma ineficiência e falta de responsabilidade desta empresa. NÃO RECOMENDO!
I placed the order 302652 through AcheiPneus for four tires with a deadline of 4 working days, delivery date scheduled for 07/13 and that was not fulfilled, I contacted the local carrier who informed that it could not deliver on time due to internal demands , operational problems, they informed that they will be delayed further and there is perhaps a delivery on 07/15, it is not certain, the lack of organization and deadline compliance is regrettable, as they already had a vehicle inspection schedule and tire change within two days of margin, unfortunately I was penalized by an inefficiency and lack of responsibility of this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
