Tentaram entregar AVENTAIS DESCARTÁVEIS (ESTAMOS EM PANDEMIA) mas como não conseguiram na primeira vez, ficaram com a mercadoria durante mais de 10 dias, não avisaram ninguém e alegaram estar esperando autorização da firma para nova entrega !!! Há mais de 15 anos trabalho com recebimento de mercadorias essa foi a primeira vez que uma transportadora fez isso !!!! TOMEI UM PREJUÍZO ENORME COM A PERDA DE CLIENTES, sem contar com os profissionais de saúde que precisam tanto do produto nessa crise de falta de descartáveis... Lamentavel
I don't have a good experience with this company. They tried to deliver DISPOSABLE APRONS (WE ARE IN PANDEMIA) but as they did not get it the first time, they kept the goods for more than 10 days, did not warn anyone and claimed to be waiting for authorization from the firm for new delivery !!! For more than 15 years I have been working with receiving goods this was the first time that a carrier did this !!!! I TAKE HUGE LOSS WITH THE LOSS OF CUSTOMERS, not counting the health professionals who need the product so much in this crisis of lack of disposables ... Regrettable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo não indico para ninguém, além de não ajudar a retirar um produto que está no meu NOME, parece que fazem questão de dificultar, mas hoje e sexta né era 17:00 horas, a conversa sobre o churrasco estava mais importante....até porque fui lá para atrapalhar onde já se viu querer retirar um produto que está em seu PRÓPRIO NOME....... péssimos profissionais....há isso que porque liguei as 10: da manhã para agilizar o processo .....agora vamos esperar o churrasco deles passar....se quem sabe eles me entregue.
I do not recommend it to anyone, besides not helping to remove a product that is in my NAME, it seems that they make a point of making it difficult, but today and Friday, it was 17:00, the conversation about the barbecue was more important .... even because I went there to disturb where it was seen wanting to remove a product that is in its OWN NAME ....... terrible professionals .... there is that because I called at 10: in the morning to speed up the process ... ..now let's wait for their barbecue to pass .... if they know, they'll deliver it to me.
