★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 72 anos com as dificuldades inerentes da idade. Fui fazer o recadastramento biométrico para não ter problemas futuros. Fui atendida muito aquém do q se respeita de um funcionário que lida com o público que só me perguntou se eu agendei. Eu estava com todos os documentos, inclusive carteira do TRE. E ESTAVA IN LOCO DE PRESENCIALMENTE. Não havia mais ninguém para ser atendido. O local vazio! Ela só respondeu; “agendou?”. Respondi que não. “Então não pode!” Ponto final.
Voltei pra casa e tento fazer o tal agendamento. Mas não consigo. A operação está em off.
Que cansaço ver tanta inaptidão!!!!!!!
I am 72 years old with the inherent difficulties of age. I went to do the biometric re-registration to not have future problems. I was met far short of the respect of an employee who deals with the public who only asked me if I booked. I had all the documents, including TRE's wallet. AND WAS ON-SITE PRESENTLY. There was no one else to attend to. The empty spot! She just said; "Scheduled?" I said no. "Then you can't!" Period.
I returned home and try to make such an appointment. But I can not. The operation is off.
What a fatigue to see so much ineptitude !!!!!!!
