Logo que entrei falei... Olá...a atendente sequer respondeu...pedi para fazer a impressão...comprei um papel e um rolo de fita que por sinal não colova nada!!! Qualidade horrível... E né cobrou $10,00 um absurdo mas paguei afinal não estou morrendo de fome mas talvez nessa papelaria né!!?Pedi ajuda com o pacote pois tenho 55 anos sou hipertensa e não estava muito bem devido ao calor que fazia... e ela me respondeu muito grosseiramente..A outra mocinha veio tentar ajudar com a fita que rebentava o tempo todo... até ajudou mas sem vontade nenhuma...Ou seja um lugar de atendentes mal educadas!!!sem nenhum profissionalismo...sem empatia... lamentável..estou sempre levando encomendas no correio,e sempre preciso de algumas coisas... Costumo parar em outro lugar ,onde o atendimento é de excelência!!!
Mas infelizmente hoje tive a infelicidade e o desprazer de conhecer a papelaria Trevo ,que não indicarei a ninguém!!! Pior lugar que já entrei!!!Resumo da tarde...passei muito mal,e não consegui enviar minha encomenda nos correios...pois meu esposo teve que me socorrer e levar ao pronto socorro...Que stress...que triste existir pessoas mal amadas e sem comprometimento com seu trabalho.

As soon as I walked in I said... Hello...the attendant didn't even answer...I asked to do the printing...I bought a paper and a roll of tape that by the way didn't put anything!!! Horrible quality... And it charged $10.00, an absurd one but I paid after all I'm not starving but maybe in this stationery, right!!? ... and she answered me very rudely.. The other girl came to try to help with the tape that was breaking all the time... she even helped but without any desire... In other words, it's a place of rude attendants!!! professionalism... without empathy... regrettable... I'm always taking orders in the mail, and I always need some things... I usually stop elsewhere, where the service is excellent!!!
But unfortunately today I had the misfortune and displeasure of knowing the Trevo stationery, which I will not recommend to anyone!!! Worst place I've ever been!!!Summary of the afternoon...I had very bad, and I couldn't send my order to the post office...because my husband had to help me and take me to the emergency room...What a stress...that sad to have people unloved and uncommitted to their work.
