★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bonito, açaí de qualidade. Sentimos falta apenas de um sistema de climatização, pois estava bem quente e abafado. O funcionário gentilmente sugeriu que ficássemos no mezanino, onde está instalado um ventilador.
De qualquer forma, foi uma experiência positiva.
Recomendo!
 Beautiful place, quality açaí. We just missed an HVAC system as it was very hot and stuffy. The employee kindly suggested that we stay on the mezzanine, where a fan is installed.
Anyway, it was a positive experience.
I recommend!

O açaí não tem nada de mais e os acompanhamentos são tão pequenos que deu vontade de perguntar se não fariam falta (o copinho que vem com leite em pó sequer vem cheio)... atendimento também não tem nada de mais... a atendente que levou os pedidos e que recolheu os pratos sequer sorriu, nos cumprimentou ou falou alguma coisa...
The location is beautiful. The acai has nothing much and the accompaniments are so small that you wanted to ask if they would not be missed (the cup that comes with milk powder does not even come full) ... care also has nothing much ... the attendant who took the orders and who collected the dishes even smiled, greeted us or said something ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagem meramente ilustrativa, você pede um açaí e nem da pra saber se realmente tudo que pediu está lá dentro, de tão mal montado. O atendimento não é ruim, mas pelo local, era esperado mais.
Merely illustrative image, you order an açaí and you can't even know if everything you asked for is really in there, it's so poorly assembled. The service is not bad, but because of the location, more was expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açaí muito bom, porém o atendimento deixa a desejar pois fiquei mais de 30 minutos esperando vendo as pessoas passarem na minha frente sem enteder o porquê do pedido simples demorar tanto, o responsável pelo pedido não tinha repassado, fiquei muito chateado com a situação. Péssima experiência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local peca demais no atendimento. Não frequento muito pois sempre que vou os atendentes são diferentes e não nos tratam bem, mal sabem nos explicar sobre os produtos. E confesso que pela estrutura para crianças seria um local ótimo para ir mais vezes com o meu filho. Mas acredito no potencial do local caso foquem nesse quesito do atendimento e tratamento com o cliente.
The place lacks service too. I don't go very often because whenever I go the attendants are different and they don't treat us well, they barely know how to explain to us about the products. And I confess that due to the structure for children, it would be a great place to go more often with my son. But I believe in the potential of the place if they focus on this aspect of customer service and treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O suco de açaí estava com aspecto estranho, parecia que tinha caído carne nele, voltamos lá, mostramos e a atendente apenas trocou sem ao menos pedir desculpas pelo acontecido. Um total descaso com o cliente. Decepcionada ??
The açaí juice looked strange, it looked like meat had fallen into it, we went back there, showed it and the attendant just changed it without even apologizing for what happened. Total disregard for the customer. Disappointed ??
