★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha noiva levou nosso cachorro, um maltês. Foi solicitado para fazer apenas uma aparada nos pelos e manter o corte que já estava. Foi comentado que não era pra fazer a tosa muito curta por conta do frio. E também foi solicitado que não fosse passado perfume, pois o animal é alérgico.
Infelizmente nenhuma das solicitações foram feitas. Foi realizado uma tosa bebê muito curta e malfeita, sendo deixado muitos buracos na pelagem. machucaram a pele próximo ao olho.
Mesmo sendo solicitado para não passar perfume como dito anteriormente, por conta de alergia, eles passaram perfume mesmo assim e o animal teve uma severa crise asmática devido à alergia. Gastamos uma nota com tratamento para amenizar a crise.
Os atendentes não dão a mínima para o que você pede. Eles fazem o que querem e bem entendem com seu animal.
Não recomendo essa empresa para tosa. Em relação à outros tipos de serviço não posso opinar e nem vou poder, pois nunca mais voltarei aqui.
My fiancee took our dog, a Maltese. We were asked to just trim our hair and keep the cut that was already there. It was commented that it was not to make the cough too short because of the cold. And he was also asked not to be past perfume because the animal is allergic.
Unfortunately none of the requests were made. It was performed a very short and sloppy baby cough, leaving many holes in the coat. they hurt the skin close to the eye.
Even though they were asked not to pass perfume as previously mentioned, because of allergy, they passed perfume anyway and the animal had a severe asthmatic crisis due to allergy. We spent a note with treatment to ease the crisis.
The attendants do not give a shit about what you ask for. They do what they want and well get along with your pet.
I do not recommend this company to cough. Regarding other types of service, I can not comment and I will not be able to, because I will never return here.
