★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A trilha ligas os bairros Caxambu e Bonfim. Uma das melhores trilhas em meio de mata Atlântica nativa e bem preservada. A orientação na trilha não é das mais fáceis mas vale a pena ir para conhecer.
São várias travessias por Rios. Quase chegando na cabana do caçador (gruta) existem relatos de famílias de primatas vivendo ali próximo.
A trilha é relativamente fácil, sem muita dificuldade técnica.
A chegada no Bonfim é uma Boa oportunidade pra parar e almoçar no restaurante do Tourin.
The trail links the neighborhoods Caxambu and Bonfim. One of the best trails in the middle of native Atlantic Forest and well preserved. Guidance on the trail is not the easiest but worth going to see.
There are several crossings through Rivers. Almost arriving in the hut of the hunter (grotto) there are reports of families of primates living nearby.
The trail is relatively easy, without much technical difficulty.
The arrival at Bonfim is a good opportunity to stop and have lunch at Tourin's restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Como não somos de Petrópolis e não conhecemos os bairros, nos valemos de aplicativos para chegar a trilha porém, isso não se concretizou. Perguntando para alguns moradores dentro do trajeto que o GPS nos passou, nada, mesmo assim. Acredito que mais informações e placas sejam necessárias para a divulgação desta trilha.
Horrible. As we are not from Petrópolis and we do not know the neighborhoods, we used applications to reach the trail, but this did not materialize. Asking some locals along the way the GPS passed us, nothing, anyway. I believe more information and plaques are needed for the dissemination of this track.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trilha criada pelos tropeiros no século XVIII, faz a ligação entre os bairros do Caxambu Pequeno ao Bonfim, trilha em meio a mata atlântica, repleta de corregos, rios, grutas e que da acesso a trilha da Pedra da Mãe D'água e o pico do Alcobaça, também se pode chegar aos Pinheirinhos, um bosque muito bonito e local de camping certo para os amantes do Ecoturismo, só deixo um apelo, ao acampar e pernoitar, não se esqueça de levar o seu lixo, pois a natureza não empresa de coleta, abraço a todos, querendo conhecer esses lugares, basta me chamar que faço o guiamento com muito carinho e profissionalidade.
