★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, os óculos são bonitos, o preço é razoável, mas a qualidade deles só não é pior que óculos de camelô.
Quando fui comprar o meu, um dos que peguei pra provar DESMONTOU na minha mão, literalmente. Achei que fosse só azar, e comprei outro modelo. Um ano depois, aconteceu a mesma coisa com este que comprei, desmontou quanto fui colocar no rosto. Levei lá e foi constatado que um parafuso quebrou dentro de uma rosca e, segundo eles, isso não tem conserto. Então me deram uma "solução": comprar outro. Obviamente nunca mais comprarei óculos desta marca, pois aparentemente são todos descartáveis.
The service is good, the glasses are beautiful, the price is reasonable, but the quality of them is just not worse than street vendor glasses.
When I went to buy mine, one of the ones I took to taste it DISMANTLED in my hand, literally. I thought it was just bad luck, and I bought another model. A year later, the same thing happened with the one I bought, it took apart how much I put on my face. I took it there and it was found that a screw broke inside a thread and, according to them, this cannot be fixed. So they gave me a "solution": buy another one. Obviously I will never buy glasses of this brand again, because apparently they are all disposable.
