★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo vizinho comercial. Não se importa se estão localizados em bairro residencial. Aulas com músicas em volume altíssimo, impedindo, durante a pandemia, que qualquer pessoa que more nas cercanias consiga ouvir ou mesmo ministrar aulas online.
