Comprei nessa loja através do marketplace das Casas Bahia.
Primeiramente o CNPJ está INATIVO, péssimo atendimento, telefones não funcionam, vendem uma coisa e mandam outra e o melhor, NOTA FISCAL que enviam com os pedidos NÃO (N-Ã-O) EXISTE no site da receita, ou seja, se precisarem de garantia, ESQUEÇA! Aliás, fiz B.O e denúncia na Receita Federal.
Enfim, provavelmente o vendedor virá aqui falar gracinhas como ele adora fazer, mas o alerta que eu dou a todos que pesquisarem a loja antes de comprar é que NÃO COMPRE! PAGUE MAIS CARO EM OUTROS LUGARES MAS NÃO CCOMPREM NA TROPGAMES!

I bought in this store through the Casas Bahia marketplace.
First, the CNPJ is INACTIVE, terrible service, phones don't work, they sell one thing and send another and the best, FISCAL NOTE that they send with the orders DOES NOT (N-Ã-O) EXIST on the recipe website, that is, if they need guarantee, FORGET! In fact, I did a B.O and filed a complaint with the IRS.
Anyway, probably the seller will come here to talk cute as he loves to do, but the warning that I give to everyone who researches the store before buying is DO NOT BUY! PAY MORE EXPENSIVE IN OTHER PLACES BUT DO NOT BUY AT TROPGAMES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Smartphone Xiaomi desta loja através do market place das casas bahia e a atualização de informações de envio do produto demorou tanto (cerca de 03 dias) que tive que entrar em contato diretamente com as casas bahia, no mesmo dia atualizaram e tive todo o rastreio do meu produto, a empresa não é ruim mas a falta de transparência deixou a desejar, pois antes tentei entrar em contato diretamente com eles e não obtive respostas, atualmente o produto já está em minhas mãos e em perfeito estado.
I bought a Xiaomi Smartphone from this store through the market place of casa bahia and the product shipping information update took so long (about 03 days) that I had to contact Casa bahia directly, on the same day they updated and had all the tracking my product, the company is not bad but the lack of transparency left something to be desired, because before i tried to contact them directly and got no answers, currently the product is already in my hands and in perfect condition.

Sou uma cliente que quer saber a procedência de tal produto já que a diferença de valores entre as lojas convencionais é de R$ 500. Eu já estava com um pé atrás vendo comentários recentes no "reclame aqui" sobre os celulares da marca XIAOMI vendidos por vocês que pararam de funcionar e, também, diante de contatos infrutíferos dos mesmos clientes para a troca dos produtos. Mas, agora com essa super "educação" de responder os clientes que não correspondem com às expectativas positivas vocês, estão de parabéns. Não sabe lidar com o público vá trabalhar de outra coisa.
