O pós vendas é péssimo. Comprei um sofá, assim que chegou , verifiquei se havia possibilidade de troca. Primeiro pq ficou muitogrande na minha sala e segundo que era um presente pra minha mãe e ela não gostou. Trocaria por outro um pouco mais caro. Para minha surpresa, não houve retorno da loja. Fui totalmente ignorada.
O mais revoltante , menos de 1 mês depois o sofá já apresentou defeito. Isso, q nem usamos ainda.
Não recomendo.

After sales is terrible. I bought a sofa, as soon as it arrived, I checked if there was a possibility of exchange. First because it was very big in my room and second that it was a gift for my mother and she didn't like it. I would trade for a slightly more expensive one. To my surprise, there was no return from the store. I was totally ignored.
The most revolting, less than 1 month later, the sofa already had a defect. That, q we haven't used yet.
I do not recommend.
