Depois de bastante pesquisar, escolhi o modelo Addit Alta, da Frisokar. Foram diversas cotações, até chegar na Duratta. Obtive um excelente atendimento e um ótimo preço. Israel/Marisa foram sempre solícitos e atenciosos, fornecendo todas as informações solicitadas. A entrega foi extremamente rápida e eficiente (fechei o pedido dia 18/08/20 a noite, via WhatsApp e me entregaram dia 20/08/2020 pela manhã). A cadeira já veio montada e devidamente embalada, pronta para utilização. Obrigado Marisa por toda atenção, gentileza e agilidade! Obrigado ao rapaz da entrega (esqueci de perguntar o nome dele!) pela agilidade, educação e por demonstrar todas as funcionalidades da cadeira no ato da entrega. Obrigado pelo brinde que veio junto da cadeira também! Ganharam mais um cliente, com certeza!
I recently had to change my (Chinese) chair because it had broken. I chose to purchase a national one, with a good warranty period. After a lot of research, I chose the Addit Alta model, from Frisokar. There were several quotations, until arriving at Duratta. I got excellent service and a great price. Israel / Marisa were always helpful and attentive, providing all the information requested. The delivery was extremely fast and efficient (I closed the order on 08/18/20 at night, via WhatsApp and was delivered on 08/20/2020 in the morning). The chair has already been assembled and properly packaged, ready for use. Thank you Marisa for all your attention, kindness and agility! Thanks to the delivery guy (I forgot to ask his name!) For his agility, politeness and for demonstrating all the functionalities of the chair at the time of delivery. Thanks for the toast that came with the chair too! They won another customer, for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um atendimento incialmente um pouco demorado e um dia de atraso no combinado para a entrega de uma cadeira. Eu recomendo eles porque a cadeira tem muita qualidade. Tive uma frustração no encosto de cabeça - ela não tem movimentação - é fixa e removível. Fui bem atendido e minha ergonomia está bem melhor agora. Muito Obrigado e sucesso a todos!
I had a service initially a little long and a day late in the agreement for the delivery of a chair. I recommend them because the chair is of great quality. I had a frustration with the headrest - it doesn't move - it's fixed and removable. I was well taken care of and my ergonomics are much better now. Thank you very much and success to all!
