★ ★ ★ ★ ★ deu diagnóstico errado, não fez exame, não examinou, minha cachorra fazia meses que estava produzindo leite e a "doutora" não orientou sobre nada de castração ou riscos. infelizmente perdi minha cachorra, por falta de profissionalismo e vontade de cuidar dos animais.
 she gave a wrong diagnosis, she didn't take an exam, she didn't examine, my dog had been producing milk for months and the "doctor" didn't advise on anything about castration or risks. unfortunately I lost my dog, due to lack of professionalism and willingness to care for the animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE VOCÊ AMA SEU CACHORRO, NÃO LEVE A ESSA CLÍNICA! Eu tinha um cachorro cocker dourado, já era velhinho, tinha seus 12 anos, na quarta-feira (07/02/2018) ele foi atropelado enquanto eu estava trabalhando, o homem do carro e minha avó o levou para a clínica tuche na mesma hora! A veterinária o avaliou disse a minha avó que estava tudo bem e passou um anti-inflamatório e o liberou. Oi? O cachorro foi atropelado não sofreu nenhuma fratura e vocês dão alta? como assim? poderia ter afetado os órgãos internos dele... Aliás, afetou! Willy veio a falecer ontem (09/02/2018) por conta de hemorragia interna, fez cocô com sangue, vomitou sangue. Enfim, ele já se foi, minha avó, bem... está sofrendo, pois era o companheiro dela, de vocês não queremos nada além de competência e compromisso. Estou em processo de formação como veterinária eu queria muito estar presente nesse momento. Fico bem triste vendo as pessoas dizendo que os veterinários não são valorizados, pois bem, infelizmente tem muitos profissionais desqualificados na área! Espero muito que vocês, no próximo paciente sejam mais atenciosos. Não é fácil perder nosso melhor amigo e, nada barato TENTAR dar o melhor pra ele !
IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG, DON'T TAKE THIS CLINIC! I had a golden cocker dog, he was old, he was 12 years old, on Wednesday (07/02/2018) he was run over while I was working, the man in the car and my grandmother took him to the tuche clinic in the same hour! The vet evaluated him and told my grandmother that everything was fine and he took an anti-inflammatory and released it. Hi? The dog was run over did not suffer a fracture and are you released? as well? it could have affected his internal organs ... In fact, it did! Willy died yesterday (02/09/2018) due to internal bleeding, pooped with blood, vomited blood. Anyway, he is gone, my grandmother, well ... he is suffering, because he was her companion, we want nothing more than competence and commitment. I am in the process of training as a veterinarian. I really wanted to be present at that moment. I am very sad to see people saying that veterinarians are not valued, because, unfortunately, there are many disqualified professionals in the area! I really hope that you, the next patient, will be more attentive. It is not easy to lose our best friend and, nothing cheap TRY to give the best to him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dra. Camila e todas as meninas da Petshop são maravilhosas, sempre tratam o meu filhinho de 4 patas com tanto amor que tenho vontade de voltar só pra ver se está tudo certo com ele. E a Dra. Camila me surpreende muito, as vezes só de olhar ela acerta o diagnóstico, amo demais ❤️
Dr. Camila and all the girls at Petshop are wonderful, they always treat my little 4-legged son with so much love that I want to go back just to see if everything is ok with him. And Dr. Camila surprises me a lot, sometimes just by looking at her she gets the diagnosis right, I love it so much ❤️
