Nunca tive problema com quedas constantes ou oscilação da velocidade, eles entregam realmente a banda contratada, e a noite a velocidade praticamente dobra, Ă© maravilhoso para baixar coisas! Sem falar no PING dos jogos... League of Legends fica em 33 ms, menor ping de Itabuna! SĂł tenho a elogiar um serviço desse nĂvel qualidade!
 Certainly the best internet provider in Itabuna! Unlike the others, the support is super attentive and takes no more than 24 hours to answer calls. I've never had a problem with constant drops or speed oscillations, they really deliver the contracted band, and at night the speed practically doubles, it's wonderful to download things! â â â â â Qualquer chuvinha a net fica oscilando bastante. O plano aqui Ă© de 100mb mas nĂŁo parece ter tudo isso. Atendimento ao clientw via WhatsApp Ă© precĂĄrio.
Any rain on the net fluctuates a lot. The plan here is 100mb but it doesn't seem to have all of that. Customer service via WhatsApp is precarious.

â â â â â Internet de qualidade, equipe confiavel e competente. Resolvem o problema o quanto antes e realmente eu me sinto acolhido quando apresento um problema com a conexĂŁo. O unico ponto "negativo" Ă© a disponibilidade da fibra optica que ainda nĂŁo chegou atĂ© a minha localidade.

â â â â â Hoje dia 01/04/21 neste momento estou sem internet, estou usando os dados mĂłveis do celular,a internet caiu 4 vezes em 15 dias,nĂŁo dĂĄ pra continuar com vcs, quando tiver um tempo Aki irei procurar outra,A Net Ă© bem limitada, da pra usar mas nĂŁo Ă© boa nĂŁo,um tĂ©cnico veio Aki mexeu melhorou por um tempo e depois voltou a travar,em um simples vĂdeo do YouTube na tv e sem ninguĂ©m mais estar usando uma Net de 20 mega, mesmo assim trava bastante,eu tinha a oi de 10 megas e isso nĂŁo acontecia,no mais da pra usar e bate a velocidade contratada mas nĂŁo tem estabilidade,esses dias caiu aqui umas 4 x,pedi pra mudar pra fibra e estĂŁo me cobrando o valor de outra instalacao,e eu jĂĄ paguei a instalação a pouco tempo e ainda comprei o roteador deles,mas mesmo assim kerem q eu pague outra instalacao,estou procurando outra Net se alguĂ©m puder me indicar agradeço
