★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou protetora de animais, moro no Vila da Serra em BH, mas estou passando a pandemia no sítio na Serra do Cipó. Ontem recebi um pedido de uma amiga, para ajudar um gatinho com a pata estraçalhada ali no Sion e liguei para o Pet Zoo para conversar e explicar a situação, pois queria saber se poderia mandar levá-lo imediatamente e eu arcar com o valor etc... Falei primeiro com a Flávia e depois com a veterinária Thais que ao invés de falar para levar o animal para ajudá-lo, me disse que mandaria o orçamento no meu email de forma urgente, não porque o animal estava sofrendo e precisava ser atendido, mas porque a consulta passaria a custar R$260. (Acho que ela pensou que eu não poderia pagar, apesar de eu achar esse valor absurdo!) Enfim, não só não me enviou o orçamento como não demonstrou nenhuma compaixão com o animal..o que ao meu ver engrossa o caldo de profissionais que são ótimos quando trata-se de animais de raça, mas qndo são animais de rua...não estão nem aí. Mais ou menos parecido com nosso políticos e serviços públicos no país. Em momento algum pedi desconto, só pedi o valor...mas nem isso me passaram. Enfim, eu amo os animais mais que tudo e sei que quem tem um bichinho, seja de raça ou adotado, quer ser atendido por um médico veterinário que tenha amor e compaixão verdadeiro pelos animais..o que ficou claro que não é o caso.
 I am a protector of animals, I live in Vila da Serra in BH, but I am passing the pandemic on the farm in Serra do Cipó. Yesterday I received a request from a friend, to help a kitten with his paw smashed there in Sion and I called the Pet Zoo to talk and explain the situation, because I wanted to know if I could send him immediately and I would pay the amount etc. .. I spoke first with Flávia and then with the veterinarian Thais who instead of talking to take the animal to help him, told me that he would send the quote in my email urgently, not because the animal was suffering and needed to be attended to , but because the consultation would cost R $ 260. (I think she thought I couldn’t afford it, even though I thought it was absurd!) Anyway, not only didn’t she send me the budget, but she didn’t show any compassion for the animal… they are great when it comes to purebred animals, but when they are street animals ... they don't care. More or less like our politicians and public services in the country. At no time did I ask for a discount, I only asked for the amount ... but even that didn't happen to me. Anyway, I love animals more than anything and I know that anyone who has a pet, whether of breed or adopted, wants to be seen by a veterinarian who has true love and compassion for animals..which became clear that this is not the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa mas os preços e forma de pagamento sem qualquer desconto no pagamento à vista não é legal !!!Outro detalhe foi colher urina , deixar na seringa e não mostrar no frasco devidamente identificado ... Creio que seria o mínimo pra segurança no resultado do exame !!!
Good but the prices and payment method without any discount on cash payment is not legal !!! Another detail was to collect urine, leave it in the syringe and not show it in the properly identified bottle... I believe that would be the minimum for safety in the result of the exam !!!
