★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bacana a ideia deles. Você pode ver seu pet tomando banho e sendo tosado. São super bem tratados, com muito carinho. Enquanto espera a vez pode deixar seu cachorro brincando no parque de cachorros em frente o truck. Muito legal!
 Their idea is very cool. You can see your pet taking a shower and being shorn. They are very well treated, with great affection. While waiting for the turn you can leave your dog playing in the dog park in front of the truck. Very cool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, agendei uma tosa com banho desde terça-feira via WhatsApp, após duas horas de ter deixado minha cadelinha lá, me ligaram informando que a cachorrinha já estava pronta mas não fizeram a tosa devido ao pêlo estar um pouco embolado na parte traseira.
Poderiam ao menos ter me avisado via WhatsApp ou ligação, mas não o fizeram, se fosse o caso de ter que realizar uma tosa mais baixa, que prontamente eu autorizaria pois minha cachorrinha tem pêlos longos e sente muito calor!
A falta de diálogo com seus clientes é um luxo que não deve ser sustentado, pois se tivesse ocorrido alguma lesão durante o banho/ tosa, eu seria informado?
Como o combinado não foi cumprido por parte da empresa, me causando um sentimento de desrespeito, fico a vontade pra nunca mais voltar aí, pois o mercado está saturado de ótimos profissionais comprometidos com seus clientes e PETs.
Minha cadelinha se chama Tatá e foi atendida na data de hoje 11/10/18.
Foi agendado por minha esposa Suellen.
Bad experience, I scheduled a grooming with a bath since Tuesday via WhatsApp, after two hours of having left my dog there, they called me informing me that the dog was ready but they did not do the grooming due to the hair being a little tangled on the back.
They could have at least warned me via WhatsApp or call, but they didn't, if it was the case of having to do a lower grooming, which I would readily authorize because my dog has long hair and feels very hot!
The lack of dialogue with your customers is a luxury that should not be sustained, because if there had been an injury during the bath / grooming, would I be informed?
As the deal was not fulfilled on the part of the company, causing me a feeling of disrespect, I feel free to never return there, as the market is saturated with great professionals committed to their customers and PETs.
My little dog is called Tatá and was attended on today 11/10/18.
It was booked by my wife Suellen.
