★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pediram para aguardar 15 minutos para me atender e depois de 45 minutos aguardando disseram que demorariam mais 5 minutos. Poderiam ter me avisado que seria demorado, assim não perderia meu tempo,e ainda sair sem realizar o serviço.
They asked to wait 15 minutes to meet me and after waiting 45 minutes they said it would take another 5 minutes. They could have warned me that it would take time, so I wouldn't waste my time, and still leave without doing the job.
