Realizei um pedido no dia 03/11/2020 as 15:20 com prazo de entrega de 60- 70 minutos conforme orientação da atendente Helen. O pedido foi entregue as 18:30h após muitas ligações de reclamações. Não recebi o pedido!! Achei uma falta de respeito!! E nem um telefonema de desculpa fizeram!! Total descaso com o cliente. Não peço mais!

I placed an order on 11/03/2020 at 15:20 with a delivery time of 60-70 minutes as instructed by attendant Helen. The order was delivered at 6:30 pm after many complaints calls. I didn't receive the order !! I found a lack of respect !! And not even an apology call made !! Total neglect with the customer. I don't ask for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de um açaí e passou do prazo para entregar quando questionei no chat fui tratada de maneira ríspida , quando o entregador chegou ele trouxe salgado ao em vez de açaí ou seja pedido errado e ele mesmo disse q era o 3 pedido que vocês mandavam errado. Ao tentar cancelar no chat fui maltratada e não consegui cancelar o pedido. tenho todos os prints do atendimento no chat.Atendimento muito ruim. Nota zero .Muito triste empresas que tratam os clientes dessa forma .
I made an order for an açaí and passed the deadline to deliver when I asked in the chat I was treated harshly, when the delivery man arrived he brought salted instead of açaí or it was the wrong order and he even said it was the 3 order you sent wrong. When trying to cancel in the chat I was mistreated and I was unable to cancel the order. I have all the prints of the service in the chat. Zero score. Very sad companies that treat customers that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediana a experiência, fiz o agendamento para um aniversário e não entregaram o pedido no horário e nem atenderam o telefone para informações.
Aniversário começava as 19:00, combinamos para ser entregue de 17:00 até às 18:00, foi entregue as 19:10.
Já estava procurando outro local por estar com medo de não ter a entrega.
OBS: Editei devido no horário que mandei eu não ter recebido.
Average experience, I made an appointment for a birthday and did not deliver the order on time or answer the phone for information.
Birthday started at 19:00, we agreed to be delivered from 17:00 until 18:00, it was delivered at 19:10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nem para meu inimigo. Muito lerdos na entrega, se colocasse uma tartaruga para fazer as entregas ela entregaria primeiro. Fiz um pedido pelo ifood as 14 hrs, eles não entregaram e ainda marcaram no aplicativo como entregue, entrei em contato com eles e só me deram atenção quando ameaçei de processar o estabelecimento.
I don't even recommend it to my enemy. Very slow in delivery, if you put a turtle to make deliveries it would deliver first. I placed an order for ifood at 2 pm, they did not deliver and still marked the application as delivered, I contacted them and only paid attention when I threatened to sue the establishment.

Excellent snacks and churros. I just don't recommend the simpler hamburgers, as there are too many straw potatoes to add volume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora responder e quando responde e de qualquer jeito falta de compromisso fiquei uma hora esperando responder e quando respondeu fiz o pedido e fiquei esperando eles perguntarem a forma de pagamento local de entrega e demorou mais um tanto
Sinceridade se depender desse local pra comer algo vcs vão fk com fome e com raiva horrível o atendimento.
It takes a while to respond and when it responds and anyway lack of commitment I waited for an hour to respond and when it responded I placed the order and waited for them to ask the local delivery method of payment and it took a while longer
Sincerity, if you depend on this place to eat something, you will be hungry and the service is horrible.
