★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, desde 03/01/2018 a tv está lá para consertar e eles não dão uma satisfação, já receberam o valor de R$900,00 e todo dia inventam uma desculpa, uma hora vão entregar no dia seguinte, outra hora não está pronta, no atendimento deixam a gente no telefone para sempre ou desligam na nossa cara. Pior experiência da minha vida.
 Bad experience, since 1/3/2018 the tv is there to fix and they don't give a satisfaction, they already received the value of R $ 900.00 and every day they make up an excuse, one hour they will deliver the next day, another hour is not ready, in attendance they leave us on the phone forever or hang up on us. Worst experience of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível nessa "assistência técnico de televisores" porque eles não realizava a manutenção da tv certa,como parafuso mal encaixados,leds que queimam facilmente, uma total falta de profissionalismo,além de inventarem desculpas e enrola por meses a entrega da televisão, e ainda com todos esses problemas cobram muito caro apenas o reparo da tv e se recusam a devolver o dinheiro e o aparelho. Então meus amigos se fossem vocês não contrataria os "serviços" e nem compraria e venderia nada nesse estabelecimento.
My experience was horrible in this "TV technical assistance" because they didn’t perform the right TV maintenance, such as badly fitted screws, leds that burn easily, a total lack of professionalism, besides making excuses and wrapping up the delivery of the television for months, and even with all these problems, they charge a lot for just repairing the TV and refusing to return the money and the set. So, my friends, if it were you, I wouldn't hire "services" and neither buy and sell anything in this establishment.
