★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Querem um conselho?! Não consertem seus aparelhos. Joguem fora e comprem novos. Infelizmente esse consumo é péssimo para a natureza, mas pela segunda vez eu levei uma TV LG para manutenção. Essa segunda vez foi nessa assistência. Alegaram a necessidade de troca de uma peça, paguei um absurdo (cerca de R$600 reais para uma TV 32") e não completou nem 1 ano a TV está apresentando o mesmo problema de imagem. Consertar não vale a pena. Não sei se as peças são ruins, ou se as autorizadas é que aprontam pra gente ter q gastar mais depois... mas não vale a pena. Consertar TV é jogar dinheiro no lixo!!!
Want some advice?! Don't fix your devices. Throw it away and buy new ones. Unfortunately this consumption is bad for nature, but for the second time I took an LG TV for maintenance. This second time was in this assistance. They claimed the need to change a part, I paid an absurd amount (about R$600 for a 32 TV) and the TV has not even completed 1 year. The TV is showing the same image problem. Fixing it is not worth it. I don't know if the parts are bad, or if the authorized ones do it for us to spend more later... but it's not worth it. Fixing TV is throwing money in the trash!!!

Descumprimento de Prazo de Entrega.
Pede para o cliente or buscar as televisão (mandou mensagem as 17:03 chego as 17:08) Fechado.
Responder o cliente via WhatsApp so depois de mais de 24h do envio da mensagem.
Falta de Ética no Atendimento ao Cliente.
Infelizmente isso aconteceu comigo.
Espero que ninguém passe por isso.
Falta de Respeito é o melhor serviço deles.

Non-compliance with the Delivery Deadline.
Ask the customer to pick up the television (sent message at 5:03 pm I arrive at 5:08 pm) Closed.
Respond to the customer via WhatsApp only after more than 24 hours of sending the message.
Lack of Ethics in Customer Service.
Unfortunately this happened to me.
I hope no one goes through this.
Lack of Respect is their best service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu equipamento no dia 29/04 com previsão de orçamento para 03/05 e até o momento nenhum retorno! Liguei no dia 04/05 com promessa retorno no final da tarde. Hoje dia 06/05 estou sem orçamento e não consigo ser atendida via telefone e WhatsApp.
I left my equipment on 04/29 with a budget forecast for 05/03 and so far no return! I called on the 04/05th with a promise to return at the end of the afternoon. Today the 06/05th I'm out of budget and I can't be answered via phone and WhatsApp.

Enquanto a assistência técnica queria cobrar mais de 1000 reais pelo conserto sem ter visto a TV e outro lugar cobrar 650 por uma peça de segunda mão, levamos a TV no TV4 o Lucca fez uns ajustes e a TV ficou normal. E o melhor, não cobrou nada!
Lucca was once very professional over the phone. While the technical assistance wanted to charge more than 1000 reais for the repair without having seen the TV and another place charged 650 for a second-hand part, we took the TV to TV4, Lucca made some adjustments and the TV was normal. And best of all, you didn't charge anything!
