Levei minha TV no sábado de manhã, na mesma hora o técnico diagnosticou o problema e fez o orçamento. Eu já tinha pesquisado os valores das peças na internet e estava razoável. E davam garantia. Eles ainda ofereceram levar em casa, sem custo. Achei ótimo porque a TV é pesada e mal cabe no carro. Na segunda-feira de manhã, a tv, que era antiga, voltou novo em folha, com ótima imagem e o Marcelo, o entregador da TV ainda ajudou a instalar a TV de volta na base. Achei que a experiência com eles foi excelente!
 I went for the recommendations here from colleagues and I got on well again. The house lives up to fame. They serve very well, quickly and to the point. I took my TV on Saturday morning, at the same time the technician diagnosed the problem and made the budget. I had already researched the values of the pieces on the internet and was reasonable. And they gave guarantee. They even offered to take it home at no cost. I thought it was great because the TV is heavy and barely fits in the car. On Monday morning, the TV, which was old, came back brand new, with a great image, and Marcelo, the TV delivery guy even helped install the TV back on the base. I thought the experience with them was excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senhores, não recomendo! Fui fazer o orçamento de uma TV Sony entregue ao senhor Wilson no dia 25. O defeito da TV era apenas o desligamento pós tentativa de inicialização. Primeira analise foi constatado “ Barramento de Led “, 1 semana depois o problema era Placa principal! Como Placa principal era mais caro, fui retirar a TV para arrumar outra hora! Quando fui retirar a TV estava com Risco azul na tela!!! Levei novamente pra questionar o risco, segundo ele foi mal encaixa no flat, depois disse que tinha que trocar o flat…o flat foi trocado e o risco continuou!! De tanta canseira que eu levei!!! Eu fui retirar a TV e levei na autorizada pra identificar de fato o problema e descobri que nessa lambança toda! Estragaram minha tela, agora tinha 1 problema… Hoje tenho 2!!! De 1.120,00 reais da placa que realmente estava com problemas, agora tenho mais 2.000,00 da tela que tenho que trocar… tentei contato com os mesmo e até agora nada….
Não recomendo!
Gentlemen, do not recommend! I went to get a quote for a Sony TV delivered to Mr. Wilson on the 25th. The TV's defect was just the shutdown after the initialization attempt. First analysis was found “Led Bus”, 1 week later the problem was Main Board! As the main board was more expensive, I removed the TV to fix another time! When I went to remove the TV, it had a blue scratch on the screen!!! I took it again to question the risk, according to him it was poorly fitted in the flat, then he said he had to change the flat…the flat was changed and the risk continued!! I was so tired!!! I went to remove the TV and took it to the authorized dealer to actually identify the problem and found out that in all this mess! They ruined my screen, now I had 1 problem… Today I have 2!!! From 1,120.00 reais of the board that was really in trouble, now I have 2,000.00 more of the screen that I have to change… I tried to contact them and so far nothing….
I do not recommend!
