★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha TV pra arrumar pois ela estava pifando, e ele “trocou a placa do botão” e cobrou 500 reais por ela. Menos dos três meses de garantia que a loja da, ela começou a ter o mesmo defeito, quando voltei, ele disse que não era nada, e que provavelmente era a tomada. Mas se era a tomada, porque ele corou 500 reais em primeiro lugar? Fora que, afirmou que não era nada, mas depois de dois dias que trouxe a TV de volta, ela começou a dar o mesmo defeito, mas aí, já tinha passado o prazo da garantia. Serviço péssimo, não resolveu nada! Aliás, só pegou meu dinheiro, por motivo nenhum, já que depois disse que o problema era a tomada aqui de casa. Não recomendo a ninguém. Fiquem espertos, com esse servicinho aí...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser prestativo voces tem que entenser que todos são, levei um notebook pra arrumar, prometeram uma limpeza entre as teclas cobraram 75 so pela limpeza, cheguei para buscar, e pela demora nao estava pronto era so trazer e entregar mas nada de trazerem olhei pelo vidro que é espelhado mas mesmo assim deu para ver eles fazendo o serviço naquele momento jogando spray de limpeza e passando pano nas teclas e colocando as que faltavam pois era só isso, colocar 2 teclas que faltavam e limpar mas nao cumpriram devolveram com a mesma sujeira, se nao queria limpar era só nao cobar pelo serviço que nem foi feito, nao recomendo, vc pode até acreditar que fizeram alguma coisa mas como ja disseram em um comentario acima "eles dão um jeitinho"...nao levo mais nada e nem recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desisto de conseguir atendimento nesse local. Fiz um serviço lá, mas depois disso meu note apresentou mais dois problemas. Pedi orçamento umas 5 vezes por email, nunca o recebi. Não adianta ligar, não atendem. Para o segundo problema (que acredito estar relacionado ao conserto q fizeram), levamos direto lá. Ficou 10 dias para avaliação/orçamento e nada aconteceu. Buscamos o note e procuraremos outro local. Não recomendo, o atendimento é ruim.
I give up on getting assistance at that location. I did a job there, but after that my note had two more problems. I asked for a quote about 5 times by email, I never received it. It's no use calling, they don't answer. For the second problem (which I believe is related to the fix they did), we take it right there. It was 10 days for evaluation/budget and nothing happened. We look for the note and look for another location. I don't recommend it, the service is bad.

Quando fui retirar o cara ainda ficou dando uma de bravao. Sem comprometimento nenhum com o cliente, nunca ligou para dar nenhuma satisfacao do meu computador, wtass nao respondia. Profissionalismo zero..
Bad experience, I left my computer for almost 4 months and took it off without solving anything. Every time it was an excuse that the part was coming and never arrives. When I went to remove the guy he was still giving a tantrum. No commitment to the customer, never called to give any satisfaction from my computer, wtass did not respond. Zero professionalism..
