Meu cachorro e um poodle , liguei a atendente falou que estava na promoção de 30 reais, disse que ia me chama no ZAP nessa mesma hora para poder passa o endereço onde busca o pet, não chamo eu anoite que chamei e mandei o endereço!
Eu falei que era cartão, quando chegaram para pega meu pet , minha mãe foi passa o cartão, a moça simplesmente falou que era pix sendo que eu disse que era cartão, além de tudo na hora eles cobraram 45 sendo que a moça falou que era 30 minha mãe pego dinheiro de outra conta e pagou.
Cadê o compretimento com cliente..
Fala uma coisa e fazem outra!
Mandei msg reclamando do valor que foi cobrado ao contrário do falado, e a questão que eu disse que era cartão e cobraram no pix, não me responderam e as mensagem chegaram !
Fora isso a tosa e banho fico ótimo.

I sent a msg complaining about the amount that was charged contrary to what was said, and the question I said was a card and they charged in the pix, they didn't answer me and the messages arrived!
Other than that, the grooming and bathing look great.

Com muita dedicação o meu pet saiu de lá belíssimo. Muito bem cuidado. Então recomendo com muito prazer para voces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira experiência com o pet não foi boa não,minha cachorrinha tinha pouco mais de um ano e eu por opção estava deixando os pelos crescerem, inclusive perto do narizinho onde eles caiam perfeitamente para cada lado, deixei minha cachorrinha lá para um banho e tosa higiênica e quando meu marido chegou com ela em casa surtei eles simplesmente sem minha permissão cortaram o pelo do rostinho dela , fizeram aquele arrendamento ,como de fosse a limpeza do local ,enfim liguei lá e reclamei horrores mas não tinha nada que pudesse ser feito o pedido de desculpas até hoje não resolveu a barbeiragem que fizeram , agora infelizmente eu não posso deixar o pelo do rosto crescer ,porque na medida que vai crescendo começa a incomodar e irritar os olhinhos , então por esse motivo sempre tenho que manter essa parte sempre aparada, mesma coisa se vc vai no salão e pede para lavar e escovar e a cabeleireira faz uma franja em vc , pedido de desculpas não traz o cabelo de volta , foi um erro de principiante, fiquei muito resistente em voltar lá ,fui porque uma amiga insiste muito ,dessa vez eles só fizeram o que foi combinado , fiquei com medo de pegar ela lá tosada na máquina. Kkkk brincadeira a parte o banho ficou ótimo . Vou dar mais um voto de confiança ,mas ainda não indico o local , vou avaliar melhor . Fizeram tipo isso da foto que postei esse arredondamento que eu até acho legal mas quando é opção do tutor o que não era meu caso , a minha tinha um pelo lindo ,uma barba linda e agora tenho que manter assim . Ha outra coisa , eu tinha feito avaliação relatando isso na época e vi que ela não está mais,foi removida?
My first experience with the pet was not good, my puppy was just over a year old and I, by choice, was letting her hair grow, even close to the little nose where it fell perfectly to each side, I left my puppy there for a bath and shear hygienic and when my husband arrived with her at home I freaked out they just without my permission cut the hair on her face, made that lease, as if to clean the place, finally I called there and complained horrors but there was nothing that could be done apology until today has not resolved the shaving they did, now unfortunately I can't let the hair on my face grow, because as it grows it starts to bother and irritate my eyes, so for that reason I always have to keep this part always trimmed , same thing if you go to the salon and ask to wash and brush and the hairdresser makes a fringe on you , apology does not bring your hair back , it was a mistake . cipient, I was very resistant to go back there, I went because a friend insists a lot, this time they only did what was agreed, I was afraid to get her there shorn in the machine. Lol joking aside, the bath turned out great. I'll give it another vote of confidence, but I still don't recommend the place, I'll evaluate it better. They did like this in the photo I posted, this rounding that I even think is cool but when it's the tutor's option, which wasn't my case, mine had a beautiful hair, a beautiful beard and now I have to keep it that way.
