Problema na matrícula..problema no e-mail..problema no boleto..e ninguém sabe de nada..Que tristeza..Feliz que meu filho entrou mas depois tanta decepção.
Uma coisa que era para se tornar um momento feliz se tornou um terror…
Coloquem seu filho em outra Universade que agem de uma forma séria e realmente são tratados com respeito e dignidade.Essa está longe de ser.

Problem with the registration..problem with the e-mail..problem with the ticket..and nobody knows anything..How sad..Happy that my son entered but then so much disappointment.
A thing that was supposed to become a happy moment turned into a terror...
Put your child in another university that takes it seriously and is really treated with respect and dignity. This one is far from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos com muitos problemas nessa Universidade, não tem professores , não tem aulas presenciais , esse sistema Ânima está acabando com a Instituição, fora que não tem uma Gerência que podemos conversar para nos informar o que de fato está acontecendo. Os alunos e restante de professores estão desanimados.Precisa alguém assumir está Instituição com punho e colocar em ordem e se esse Sistema Ânima for bom está na hora de começar a funcionar.A Universidade Anhembi Morumbi está com sua qualidade de ensino péssima. Eu reclamo e defendo meus direitos estou pagando, quero qualidade .Me surpreende o Departamento de Diretoria de Ensino da Mooca não tomar providências.
We have a lot of problems at this University, there are no professors, there are no face-to-face classes, this Anima system is destroying the Institution, apart from the fact that there is no Management that we can talk to to inform us about what is actually happening. The students and the rest of the professors are discouraged. Someone needs to take over this Institution with a fist and put it in order and if this Anima System is good, it's time to start working. The Anhembi Morumbi University has a terrible teaching quality. I claim and defend my rights, I'm paying, I want quality. It surprises me that Mooca's Board of Education Department has not taken action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima...atendimento ruim, funcionários sem nenhum preparo para atendimento de público. Sem educação e confusos. Minha filha começou um curso nesta Unidade e depois deste atendimento, chegamos a conclusão que o melhor é desistir do curso. Essa Faculdade será um problema durante todo o curso. Vários alunos com o mesmo problema sem sucesso na resolução dos mesmos. Fujam desta Unidade!!!!!
Terrible... bad service, employees with no preparation for public service. Uneducated and confused. My daughter started a course in this Unit and after this service, we came to the conclusion that it is best to give up the course. This Faculty will be a problem throughout the course. Several students with the same problem without success in solving them. Run away from this unit!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei esse ano na faculdade e já cancelei minha matrícula. Me inscrevi em um curso tecnólogo, de 2 anos, presencial, no Campus Paulista 2, pagando um valor que achei adequado.
Ao começar as aulas descubro que as aulas não são presenciais e sim hidridas. Passei 2 semanas tentando obter links de aula sem sucesso e sem conseguir entrar na plataforma Ulife.
Quando começaram as aulas que seriam presenciais (2x na semana somente), descobri que o Campus na qual havia me matriculado, havia FECHADO. Transferiram a minha matrícula para o Campus Paulista 1 sem se quer me avisar.
Depois disso tudo, quando consegui acesso ao ULIFE, na parte de contrato, percebi que alteraram o valor do meu curso, simplesmente para praticamente o dobro do valor,, novamente, sem me consultar ou qualquer aviso prévio. Descobri indo na faculdade que, passaram o meu curso de tecnólogo para Bacharelado sem o meu consentimento, porque a ANIMA decidiu que não haveria mais tecnólogo na minha área!
Enfim, tive uma péssima experiência, mas os professores são muito bons .
I entered college this year and already canceled my enrollment. I signed up for a 2-year, face-to-face technologist course at Campus Paulista 2, paying an amount I thought was adequate.
When starting classes I discover that the classes are not face-to-face but hybrid. I spent 2 weeks trying to get class links to no avail and unable to get into the Ulife platform.
When classes started that would be in person (2x a week only), I discovered that the Campus I had enrolled in had CLOSED. They transferred my registration to Campus Paulista 1 without letting me know.
After all that, when I got access to ULIFE, in the contract part, I realized that they changed the value of my course, simply to practically double the value, again, without consulting me or any prior notice. I found out while in college that they passed my course from technologist to Bachelor's without my consent, because ANIMA decided that there would be no more technologists in my area!
Anyway, I had a bad experience, but the teachers are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior faculdade que já imaginei, corpo docente com professores novos e despreparados (porque mandaram embora os professores da casa = redução de custos), atendimento acadêmico péssimo, principalmente pra aluno bolsista, a Anhembi deixou um buraco, vulgo trauma, na minha vida acadêmica, cursei design de interiores na pandemia e eles foram inflexíveis a todo momento, e olha que eu era representante de turma em todos os semestres durante todos os cursos. NUNCA ESCOLHA ESTUDAR NESSA FACULDADE!
Worst college I ever imagined, faculty with new and unprepared professors (because they sent the house professors away = cost reduction), terrible academic service, especially for scholarship students, Anhembi left a hole, aka trauma, in my academic life, I studied interior design during the pandemic and they were inflexible at all times, and I was a class representative in every semester during all courses. NEVER CHOOSE TO STUDY AT THIS COLLEGE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha está com um estágio acertado. Desde dezembro de 2021 a empresa enviou e-mail para a Universidade para firmar o contrato e nada de resposta. No telefone vc fala com uma secretária eletrônica, no wats não tem a opção que preciso, presencialmente a opção de agendamento não está disponível. O que dizer mais? Depois querem as horas suplementares e nós queremos uma fonte de renda em tempos de Pandemia. ou seja, sem acesso à instituição para resolver meu problema. Ah sim, mensalidades em dia e com aumento em janeiro.

My daughter is on an internship right. Since December 2021, the company has sent an email to the University to sign the contract and have not responded. On the phone you talk to an answering machine, on wats you don't have the option I need, in person the scheduling option is not available. What can I say more? Then they want the extra hours and we want a source of income in times of Pandemic. that is, without access to the institution to solve my problem. Oh yes, tuition is up to date and with an increase in January.
