Hoje estou com lentidão da internet e mandei mensagem para o whatsapp deles que responde.uma assistente virtual (Matilde) cuja resposta padrão é que está com instabilidade e agradece o seu contato. Por enquanto é a menos pior de ubá. Mas tem que melhorar.
I left the winet. I took the ubá conect service a week ago by fiber optics. Today I am slow on the internet and I sent a message to their whatsapp that responds. A virtual assistant (Matilde) whose standard answer is that she is unstable and thanks her for her contact. For now it is the least worst of ubá. But it has to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade do serviço caiu bastante, a internet vêm apresentado cada vez mais problemas. Sem falar dos planos e valores totalmente defasados. Moro em zona rural e oferecem até 5 Mega apenas, pelo valor altíssimo de 120 reais. Está faltando inovação, preços mais competitivos e infraestrutura melhor. Algo muito necessário para o mercado onde eles estão inseridos e para o mundo que vivemos atualmente.
The quality of the service has dropped a lot, the internet has been presenting more and more problems. Not to mention the plans and fully lagged values. I live in rural areas and offer up to 5 Mega only at very high value of 120 reais. Innovation, more competitive prices and better infrastructure are lacking. Something very necessary for the market where they are inserted and the world we live in today.
