Trouxe minha filha no oftalmo na policlínica ao lado da ubs, sou do Parque Selecta, minha filha passou mal com vômitos e muita dor no abdômen, então levei no lugar mais próximo que era a UBS Alvarenga. Desde o primeiro atendimento na entrada, a recepção, medicação e médico que atendeu prontamente minha menina. Atendimento nota 1000. Obrigada Dro Bruno e equipe.

I brought my daughter to the ophthalmology clinic in the polyclinic next to the ubs, I'm from Parque Selecta, my daughter was sick with vomiting and a lot of pain in her abdomen, so I took her to the nearest place that was UBS Alvarenga. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algo precisa ser feito a respeito da falta de responsabilidade em relação a horário.
Em todas as consultas de pré natal, eles marcam duas ou mais gestantes para o mesmo horário, e atrasam o atendimento em DUAS HORAS ou mais.
Essa situação é ruim em qualquer momento, mas em plena pandemia é ainda pior, pois gera aglomeração desnecessária de pessoas (em nosso caso grupo de risco).
Espero que algo seja feito a respeito.
Something needs to be done about the lack of accountability regarding time.
In all prenatal consultations, they schedule two or more pregnant women for the same time, and delay the service by TWO HOURS or more.
This situation is bad at any time, but in the middle of a pandemic it is even worse, as it generates unnecessary crowding of people (in our case, a risk group).
I hope something is done about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes existia o Brasil sorridente , a atual gestão fechou dentistas, protéticos, nem existe as chapas panorâmicas que o hospital de clínicas do Alvarenga pediu e a resposta foi, se fizer prótese, será daqui 5 anos.
