★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível e diversas pessoas estão saindo daqui para atendimento em outras unidades, hoje estive nesse local para aferir a pressão e tinha mais enfermeiro que paciente, aí perguntei se precisava esperar tanto pra aferição e a resposta foi mais 10 minutos, tá difícil.
Horrible care and several people are leaving here for care in other units, today I was in this place to measure the pressure and there were more nurses than patients, then I asked if I needed to wait so long for the measurement and the answer was another 10 minutes, it's difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro aqui a 10 anos !!! Se eu consegui falar no telefone com eles 2 vezes nesses 10 anos foi muito !! Nunca atendem inclusive tô tentando liga agora já é a quinta vez e não atendem !!!!!!
I've lived here for 10 years!!! If I managed to talk to them on the phone 2 times in these 10 years, it was a lot!! They never answer even I'm trying to call now it's the fifth time and they don't answer!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone do posto nunca é atendido somente chama e quanto ao atendimento deixa muito a desejar pessoas com ma vontade e sem educação, moro no bairro a 30 anos e já teve melhor atendimento com outros funcionário
The telephone at the post is never answered, just calls and the service leaves a lot to be desired for people with bad will and no education, I have lived in the neighborhood for 30 years and have had better service with other employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava no carro na parte externa da UBS e conversei com a atendente por telefone e a mesma informou que tinha vacina gripal, e avisei que iria até o local para que fosse aplicado tal medicamento e a informação que tive na entrada era que o local não disponibilizava da vacina. Pessoal presta atenção nas informações, aí fica a dúvida, que falou a verdade? Data de hoje por volta das 11:32 hs.
I was in the car outside the UBS and I talked to the attendant by phone and she informed me that I had a flu vaccine, and I told her that I would go to the place to have this medication applied and the information I had at the entrance was that the place did not provide of the vaccine.
