★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que sair de Itupeva para obter uma simples informação, devido a não atenderem ao telefone. Lá chegando 03 "servidoras" batendo papo, local vazio. Nessas horas sinto vergonha de ser servidora pública, e mais vergonha ainda de ter gestores bem remunerados que não colocam ordem nessa bagunça.
I had to leave Itupeva to get a simple information, due to not answering the phone. Arriving there, 03 "servers" chatting, empty place. At these times I feel ashamed of being a public servant, and even more ashamed of having well-paid managers who don't put order in this mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepcionista e dos outros funcionários são ótimos, mas da recepção, péssimo, fiquei esperando um tempão para imprimir uma carteirinha ainda passaram gente na minha frente. Eu com a senha na mão. Falta de respeito.
Service from the receptionist and other employees are great, but from the reception, terrible, I was waiting a long time to print a card, people still passed in front of me. Me with the password in hand. Lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Primeiro porque você pode passar o dia ligando, 5x na semana e jamais será atendido. Depois, a má vontade no atendimento e a falta de fintacoes corretas. Uma pena que um bairro tão grande tenha uma Unidade Básica de Saúde tão ruim.
Terrible attendance. First, because you can spend the day calling, 5x a week and you will never be answered. Then, the unwillingness in attendance and the lack of correct feints. It's a shame that such a big neighborhood has such a bad Basic Health Unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado para vacinação (eletiva), já fomos 3x e mesmo em dias com fluxo regular de pessoas. Para ter uma idéia, ficamos aguardando por mais de 2h e apenas 2 pessoas tinham sido vacinadas. Desistimos da espera e fomos em outra UBS.
Very long service for (elective) vaccination, we have already been 3 times and even on days with a regular flow of people. To give you an idea, we were waiting for more than 2 hours and only 2 people had been vaccinated. We gave up the wait and went to another UBS.

A enfermeira que faz a entrega de remédios chegou as 8:20, foi atender orientação de insulina e a fila de remédio aumentando. Fui chamada depois das 8:50 pra pegar remedio
