★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência nesse posto é horrível, meu esposo foi fazer o teste do covid com uns amigos que moramos entraram lá 15 saíram às 19 e só meu esposo fez o teste depois e muita humilhação, sendo que eu já sou positiva , ele fez o teste é hj 11 dias após é não saiu resulta do ainda um absurdo, liguei pra esse posto ninguém nunca atende, liguei para secretaria a saúde, pra tudo ninguém resolveu nada é ele é o único que tá saindonpara compra nossos alimentos uma falta de consideração com a população.
 My experience in this post is horrible, my husband was doing covid test with some friends who live went there 15 went to 19 and only my husband did the test after and much humiliation, and I'm already positive, he auditioned is hj 11 days after it did not come out clear from even absurd, I called this post no one ever meets, called secretary health, for all anyone solved anything is it's the only one who're saindonpara buy our food a lack of consideration for the population .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos com sintomas. Havia mais de 10 pessoas aguardando, todas próximas umas as outras. O atendente informou a meu esposo pra procurar quem era o último da fila. Observamos que o problema não é falta de recurso financeiro e sim GESTÃO. Não custa nada instituir sistema de SENHAS. PESSIMO!!!
We arrived with symptoms. There were more than 10 people waiting, all close to each other. The attendant informed my husband to look for who was the last one in line. We note that the problem is not a lack of financial resources, but MANAGEMENT. It does not cost anything to set up a PASSWORD system. TERRIBLE!!!

Bad experience, they just don't answer the phone. They should cancel the phone, since they don't use it, they would already save on the electricity bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais de saúde são bons, mas o que é essa fila da recepção? Como pode a fila do Geraldo Magela ser tão grande e a do outro andar tão rápido? É claro que tem algum problema no atendimento ali. A gente passa mais de hora na fila pra conseguir uma informação... e já marcaram até exame errado pra mim!
The health professionals are good, but what is this queue at the reception? How can Geraldo Magela's line be so long and the other's line so fast? Of course there is a problem with the service there. We spend more than an hour in line to get information... and they even scheduled the wrong exam for me!

As pessoas não tem a mínima educação, gritam. E depois reclamam da gestão do posto
