★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo minha irmã foi colocar silicone eles não avisaram que ela já estava na cirurgia só subi para o quarto quando ela recebeu alta fora qua as recepcionista são mal educadas atendimento péssimo não recomendo neh nessa e neh na próxima encarnação !!!
Terrible service my sister went to put silicone they didn't warn that she was already in surgery I just went up to the room when she was discharged outside wed the receptionist are rude Terrible service I don't recommend it in this one and neh in the next incarnation !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso com o paciente. Liguei para agendar consulta para o meu noivo e sequer informaram que necessitariam de guia de autorização do plano. Comparecemos com antecedência no local e apenas próximo do horário da consulta informaram sobre essa autorização. Absurdo. Questionada a gerente disse que era uma praxe. Eu disse praxe de vocês e que sequer foi informado no momento da marcação de consulta. Mais respeito com os pacientes pois não tmos tempo a perder e muito menos passar por aborrecimentos desnecessários causados por vocês mesmos
Total disregard for the patient. I called to schedule an appointment for my fiance and they didn't even inform that they would need a plan authorization guide. We arrived in advance at the place and only close to the time of the consultation did they inform about this authorization. Absurd. When questioned, the manager said it was customary. I said customary for you and that I was not even informed at the time of booking the appointment. More respect for patients because we don't have time to waste, let alone go through unnecessary annoyances caused by yourselves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho agradecer a equipe do Hospital que desde da recepção até equipe completa dos colaboradores incluindo a limpeza excelente do hospital, e toda equipe médica e ao meu médico Dr Fabio Turra,onde fui muito bem atendida para realizar minha cirurgia plástica e dizer que tudo foi um sucesso,e após a cirurgia fui bem atendida pela equipe da enfermagem com todos os cuidados que necessitei até minha alta.
I would like to thank the Hospital team that from the reception to the complete staff including the excellent cleaning of the hospital, and all the medical staff and my doctor Dr Fabio Turra, where I was very well attended to perform my plastic surgery and say that everything was a success, and after the surgery I was well attended by the nursing team with all the care I needed until my discharge.
