★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente levei quase 4 anos para conseguir Marcar uma Consulta Médica!!
Sempre sem agenda, um dia ao ir com minha avó ao Posto, perguntei sobre a agenda e uma das Funcionárias com muita Vontade e Empatia, me direcionou ao Balcão e lá 'Tinha a Tal Agenda Aberta!!
Hoje, fui ao Posto, levei muito tempo para chegar, pois estou com Pé Quebrado, cheguei às 07:23hs, não consegui senha para Fazer exame Sangue, Jejum de 8hs, pois atendimento e distribuição da tal senha seria somente até às 07hs!!
No mesmo momento, solicitei a atendente que por estar em atendimento de Ortopedia, no Centro de SP, o Médico marcou o retorno no mesmo dia que a Fatídica Consulta! Solicitei a possibilidade de mudança de Horário ou Dia!! Única resposta do Rapaz no balcão, "Não tem Outro Dia"! Muito Triste ver que Ninguém no local é Capaz de Tentar "Ver" .. Tentar "Resolver" NADA!! Você se sente a Mercê da Sorte, como foi o caso da Consulta após anos.
Tomar a Vacina segunda Dose, foi um Caos, Péssimo o Atendimento, uma falta de organização total!! O Pior saber que venho aqui, ser mais um a reclamar, mais que Nada será Resolvido ou Melhorado tão Breve.
Ps.: A Foto foi no dia da Vacina, tinha mais de 50 Pessoas, entre corredor, entrada da sala e Recepção!

Always without an agenda, one day when I went with my grandmother to the Post, I asked about the agenda and one of the Employees, with a lot of Will and Empathy, directed me to the Counter and there 'There was such an Open Agenda!!
Today, I went to the Posto, it took me a long time to get there, because I have Pé quebra, I arrived at 7:23 am, I couldn't get a password to take the Blood Test, 8 am Fasting, because the service and distribution of the password would only be until 7:00 am!!
At the same time, I asked the attendant that, as I was in Orthopedics, at the SP Center, the Doctor scheduled the return on the same day as the Fateful Consultation! I requested the possibility of changing the Time or Day!! Only response from the Boy at the counter, "There's not another day"! Very Sad to see that No one on site is Capable of Trying to "See" .. Trying to "Solve" NOTHING!! You feel the Mercê da Sorte, as was the case with the Consultation after years.
Taking the second Vaccine, it was Chaos, Terrible Service, a total lack of organization!! The worst to know that I come here, to be one more complainer, more that Nothing will be Resolved or Improved so soon.
Ps.: The photo was on the day of the vaccine, there were more than 50 people, between the hallway, the entrance to the room and the reception!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiquei 1 para fazer uma aplicação. Falta de respeito, enfermeiras ficam na sala trancam a porta, além de nao justificarem sobre a demora. Um Senhor com deficiência visual foi perguntar sobre, quase fecharam a porta na cara dele, totalmente sem educação. Chega quase ser desumano...
Bad service, I stayed 1 to make an application. Lack of respect, nurses stay in the room, lock the door, and do not justify the delay. A visually impaired gentleman went to ask about it, they almost slammed the door in his face, totally impolite. It's almost inhumane...

Há uns 8 anos atrás mais ou menos, na época da enfermeira Joelma era muito bom, ela organizava o lugar como ninguém, agora descaso total !!!! Médico pediatra que chega às quase 5 da tarde kkkkkk maior piada
