★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unidade iniciou atividades há pouco tempo, a forma de trabalho é Estratégia em Saúde da Família (ESF antigo PSF) porém é bem desorganizado, pra marcação de consulta e aferição de sinais vitais tem que pegar senha e aguardar atendimento que é feito por dois funcionários que marcam consulta, separam prontuários e demoram, tinha 20 senhas na minha frente e demorou 2:20 pra ser atendida, mas consegui a marcação da consulta, pior é quem tem que ficar 2hrs aguardando pra aferir a pressão arterial, isso é desumano com quem precisa e demonstra falta de organização.
 The unit started activities a short time ago, the way of work is Family Health Strategy (former FHP PSF) but it is very disorganized, to schedule an appointment and check vital signs, you have to get a password and wait for care that is done by two employees who make an appointment, separate medical records and take time, I had 20 passwords in front of me and it took 2:20 to be attended, but I managed to make an appointment, worse is who has to stay 2 hours waiting to check blood pressure, this is inhumane with whom needs and shows lack of organization.
