★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, numa pandemia, tratam as pessoas com animais, sem paciência, totalmente desorganizados, irônicos, dia 16 de junho, fui me vacinar nessa UBS próxima de casa, e pasmem, gente passando na frente, senhas sem nenhum sentido, explicações sem sentido, ja entrei com uma reclamação na Prefeitura, só pelo que se ve aqui, fora a Responsável pela UBS reclamando dos anos de serviço, sua eficiência, minha senhora minha filha vacinou nessa UBS, HPG e pra tomar segunda dose, tivemos que correr atrás, então está na hora de ter uma pouco mais de humildade e reconhecer que vcs precisam melhorar, e se por acaso se sente injustiçada, peça demissão, tem muita gente querendo trabalhar, pelo seu tempo já deve estar cansada, se aposenta.
 Terribly, in a pandemic, they treat people with animals, without patience, totally disorganized, ironic, on June 16, I was vaccinated in this UBS close to home, and amazingly, people passing by, meaningless passwords, meaningless explanations, I already filed a complaint with the City Hall, just from what you see here, apart from the Responsible for the UBS complaining about the years of service, their efficiency, my lady, my daughter was vaccinated at that UBS, HPG and to take a second dose, we had to go after it, so it's time to have a little more humility and recognize that you need to improve, and if by chance you feel wronged, resign, there are many people wanting to work, by your time you must be tired, retire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais da recepção nunca sabem de nada, minha segunda dose da vacina covid foi agendada para o dia 16/08 e segundo eles n tinha vacina no dia, perguntei se tinha previsão e responderam que não sabem, falou pra ficar ligando e perguntando, ligo todos os dias chama, chama e ninguém atende, logo em seguida tiram o telefone do gancho, para que temos estes tipos de pessoas ganhando dinheiro as custas da população?
The reception staff never know anything, my second dose of covid vaccine was scheduled for August 16 and according to them there was no vaccine on the day, I asked if they had a forecast and they replied that they don't know, they said to keep calling and asking, I call every day it calls, calls and no one answers, then they take the phone off the hook, why do we have these types of people earning money at the expense of the population?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e falta de comunicação na UBS Piratininga. Meu recém nascido tem cadastro na UBS Helena Maria, e conforme informaram a vacina BCG é dada apenas uma vez por semana em casa UBS e fomos orientamos a boa direcionar a do Piratininga porque lá era o dia da vacina , visto que é uma bacia primordial para das nos primeiros dias de vida, ligamos antes de ir, confirmamos se realmente estava dando, se havia horário de almoço e até mesmo explicando que o cadastro dele era em outra UBS confirmaram que podíamos ir. Chegando já não queriam nos atender pelo cadastro ser em outra UBS, explicamos novamente com muito custo fizeram a ficha para atendimento, quando foi chamado na sala de vacinação fomos informados que a ÚNICA pessoa responsável só estaria lá em outro horário (e isso não foi informado na ligação). Nos atenderam super forçados, sem educação, sem empatia com um momento de pandemia e com um recém nascido. Não sei como pessoas desumanas trabalham nesta área de HUMANAS.

Arriving no longer wanted to attend us because the registration was in another UBS, we explained again with great cost they made the form for care, when he was called in the vaccination room we were informed that the ONLY responsible person would only be there at another time (and this was not informed connection). They treated us super forced, without education, without empathy with a moment of pandemic and with a newborn. I don't know how inhuman people work in this HUMAN area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima . Cheguei para vacinar em uma sexta feira as 18:00, mandaram retornar na segunda feira a partir das 9:00 alegando que o horário da vacina é das 9:00 as 17:00. ( placa do posto de saúde informa das 09:00 as 19:00). Na segunda feira me dirigi ao posto as 8:30 prevendo uma fila. Fui cadastrada e começaram a chamar para vacinar só as 10:20. Nesse momento já bem aglomerado de pessoas. Ao tentar conversar na sala de vacinação me deparo com 4 profissionais de saúde em uma única sala conversando e quando disse que ia embora por causa da demora e da aglomeração recebi em tom de soberba um sonoro , “pode reclamar”. Só nos resta mesmo ter que aceitar essa forma de atendimento. Descaso, falta de empatia e falta de vontade em atender e orientar. Se estão cansados? Todos nós estamos. Mais empatia e respeito pelo próximo.
Terrible experience. I arrived to be vaccinated on a Friday at 18:00, they sent me back on Monday from 9:00, claiming that the time for the vaccine is from 9:00 to 17:00. (health post sign informs from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm). On Monday I went to the post at 8:30 am anticipating a queue. I was registered and they started calling to vaccinate only at 10:20. At that moment already well agglomerated of people. When trying to talk in the vaccination room, I came across 4 health professionals in a single room talking and when I said I was leaving because of the delay and the crowding I received a superb tone, “You can complain”. We only have to accept this form of care. Neglect, lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist and guide. Are you tired? We're all. More empathy and respect for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, atendentes mal educadas, grosseiras, acho que esqueceram que quem paga os salários deles somos nós.Nao atendem o telefone e na hora do almoço tiram o telefone do gancho enfim são uns incompetentes deveriam ser exonerados e colocar uma placa SOB NOVA DIREÇÃO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como colocar 0 estrelas eu colocaria um monte de vezes, essa cidade realmente está esquecida no quesito saúde. Eu fui colher um exame em jejum, ás recepcionista nenhum pouco profissionais não sei como foi selecionada para o cargo. Não me deram material de coleta somente o da urina e eu tive q remarcar o exame q eu já havia esperado um mês estando grávida. Fiquei quase 1hr do lado de fora de pé, pra não conseguir fazer o exame. Indignação ainda tive q ouvir ás enfermeiras me tratar mal e dizer q a culpa era minha por falta de comunicação das recepcionistas mau educadas q não tem um pingo de empatia pelas pessoas.
If I could put 0 stars I would put it a lot of times, this city really is forgotten in terms of health. I went to take an exam on an empty stomach, a receptionist not unprofessional I don't know how she was selected for the position. They didn't give me collection material, only the urine one and I had to reschedule the exam because I had already waited a month being pregnant. I was standing outside for almost 1 hour, so I couldn't take the exam. Indignation, I still had to hear the nurses treat me badly and say that it was my fault for lack of communication from the rude receptionists who don't have an ounce of empathy for people.

Setor de vacina não funciona no horário informado por telefone.
Ao ligar, falaram que vacinam até às 19h, cheguei 18:45 e o atendimento estava encerrado.
Funcionária fez pouco caso e pediu pra procurar outro posto de atendimento.
Terrible attendance!
