★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendida. Os funcionários sempre com muito respeito e disposição me ajudaram nos agendamentos de consultas.
Fiz o meu pré natal com eles e posso dizer que gostei muito do atendimento. Infelizmente as consultas para o bebê está sendo difícil de marcar pois a agenda da médica Débora sempre está cheia. O funcionario me deu uma opção de trocar de médico e finalmente consegui depois de dois meses uma consulta com o pediatra. A última vez que levei o meu pequeno com eles.. ele tinha 2 meses e só agora com 5 conseguiu uma consulta. Por conta da agenda da médica! Graças ao meu sogro consegui levar ele nesse tempo em uma consulta particular. Se eu tiver outras experiências colocarei aqui.

I did my prenatal with them and I can say that I really enjoyed the service. Unfortunately the appointments for the baby is being difficult to make because the doctor Deborah's schedule is always full. The clerk gave me an option to change doctors and finally got a consultation with the pediatrician after two months. The last time I took my little one with them .. he was 2 months old and only now 5 got an appointment. Because of the doctor's schedule! Thanks to my father-in-law I was able to take him at this time in a private consultation. If I have other experiences I will put it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima.Tentei ligar para falar com eles sobre a consulta de minha esposa mas nada de atenderem o telefone. Conclusão: pra que telefone se não tem uma pessoa.pra atender ?. Depois reclamam que a gente não entra em contato com eles.
I tried to call to talk to them about my wife's consultation but no one answered the phone. Conclusion: for what phone if there is no person. To answer? Then they complain that we don't get in touch with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubs péssima, atendimento extremamente demorado.... não tem RECEPCIONISTA o suficiente para o tanto de pacientes. Falar em ubs Morumbi e desanimador. Filas e filas e demoras. Alô prefeitura, da uma atenção maior aqui por favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UBS e muito ruim de atendimento todos os dias e a mesma coisas pessoas mofando na frente da UBS nem pra pegar um remédio com receita a UBS consegue atender com bom requisitos no meu ponto de vistas não e o local mas sim as pessoa que trabalho lá muito preguiçosas ! Pena que o dono da UBS não vê essas coisas

Primeiro que você pode morrer de ligar e ninguém atende, e se atender faltam te engolir pelo telefone, nunca vi tamanha má vontade para atender.
Como se não bastasse, se você vai até a ubs o atendimento consegue ser PIOR, tanto na recepção quanto na farmácia, a maioria dos atendentes te tratam com desprezo e raiva, mal olham na sua cara !
Lugar sujo, abafado e CHEIO de aglomeração!
E o pior é que sempre foi assim, não melhoram nunca ! O SUS é perfeito, horrível é quem contrata esse pessoal sem educação, que não sabe lidar com o público para trabalhar.

A HORRIBLE place.
First of all, you can die of calling and nobody answers, and if you do not answer, they'll swallow you over the phone, I've never seen such an unwillingness to answer.
As if that were not enough, if you go to ubs the service can be WORSE, both at the reception and at the pharmacy, most of the attendants treat you with contempt and anger, they barely look you in the face!
Dirty, stuffy place and FULL of agglomeration!
And the worst is that it has always been this way, they never get better! SUS is perfect, horrible is the one who hires these uneducated people, who do not know how to deal with the public to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse lugar é péssimo atendimento nunca consigo nada nessa UBS até mesmo não consigo em contrar meu remédio Idantal,Nunca fiz exame de mamografia faz 5 anos e faz 5 anos que não passo no ginecologista eles atende só quem e amigos deles ,Eu sou deficiêncite e não consigo fazer nada nesse UBS, Tudo que vou fazer tenho que ir no parque meia lua Jacareí,Que vergonha heim!
This place is terrible service, I never get anything at this UBS, I can't even get my Idantal medication, I've never had a mammogram for 5 years and it's been 5 years since I've been to the gynecologist they only see who and their friends, I have a disability and not I can do nothing at this UBS, All I'm going to do I have to go to the park half moon Jacareí, Shame on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei tinha 10 pessoas na frente , óbvio e n pelo mesmo motivo , mais esperar mais de uma hora por uma vacina é descaso , extremamente demorado .
