★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom. Não te deixam horas esperando para ser atendido. Só tem atendimento adulto.
Seria bom se tivesse atendimento infantil também, principalmente para nós moradores da zona sul, sendo assim, temos que nos deslocarmos até o centro para a busca de Pronto atendimento
 Good service. They don't leave you hours waiting to be attended. Only adult care.
It would be good if there was child care too, especially for us residents of the south zone, so we have to go to the center to search for emergency care

Quando finalmente fui chamada, me informaram que teria que agendar o exame pois eles tem apenas 1(UM) assento para repouso e esse assento já estava ocupado. Comparo com toda a certeza, Convenio Policlin e SUS são exatamente a mesma coisa! Péssimo
The wait for assistance is too long. When I was finally called, I was informed that I would have to schedule the exam because they only have 1 (ONE) seat to rest and that seat was already occupied. I compare with certainty, Convenio Policlin and SUS are exactly the same thing! Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe estava com uma ferida no calcanhar , e não sarava. fpoi encaminhada para o Policlin Sul, sessão curativos. Foi maravilhoso o atendimento da enfermeira Marli, que com muito amor e competência conseguiu que em pouco tempo a ferida fechasse. Excelente profissional, com as pessoas que a ajudavam trataram minha mãe idosa com muito carinho e dedicação. Espero que esses profissionais sejam valorizados pela equipe dao hospital. My mother had a wound in her heel and was not healing. was sent to Policlin Sul, dressing session. It was wonderful to see Nurse Marli, who with great love and competence managed to quickly close the wound. Excellent professional, with the people who helped her treated my elderly mother with great affection and dedication. I hope that these professionals are valued by the hospital staff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi a primeira vez que fui nesta unidade da Policlin e a minha experiência foi boa, atendimento rápido e equipe atenciosa. As minhas experiências não foram muito agradáveis na Policlin da 9 de julho(recepção e médicos no meu ponto de vista deixam a desejar, com exceção de um ou outro médico que são bons e enfermeiros também) então hoje estou satisfeita em ter encontrado melhor antendimento em outra unidade.
Today was the first time I went to this Policlin unit and my experience was good, quick service and attentive staff. My experiences were not very pleasant at Policlin on the 9th of July (reception and doctors in my view leave something to be desired, with the exception of one or another doctor who are good and nurses too) so today I am pleased to have found a better understanding in another unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal atendido pelo médico que parecia estar mais interessado em ir embora no horário de fechamento da clínica do que em estabilizar a minha saúde. No entanto fui muito bem atendido pelas enfermeiras e recepcionista. Devido à falta de humanidade do médico, não recomendo.
I was underserved by the doctor who seemed to be more interested in leaving at the clinic's closing time than in stabilizing my health. However, I was very well attended by the nurses and receptionist. Due to the lack of humanity of the doctor, I do not recommend it.
